Very loud street noise on a Saturday kept us up until 4am.

Great location in downtown Miraflores, easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good, nice additional seating area in the lobby, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

There was no running hot water in the bathroom sink, but the shower did work. The bathroom vent was a small window in an interior wall. Overall, the property was in fair condition. The room facing the street was quite loud on a Saturday night, but additional soundproof windows helped.

It was clean, and friendly people. I would give it a 10, but the two receptionists were not very nice to the locals... But they were nice to tourists...

Good location

Hot water ran out. The WiFi was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It half a day to find a remote that actually operated the TV in the room. The staff were fairly aloof too.

Good Hotel close to all that important places in Miraflores. Taxi Service from airport. Posibility to get Lunchbox and coffee togo instead of breakfast by early start. Good start for Lima/Peru

The room was clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The breakfast was decent in terms of the selection of food and beverages (coffee, tea, juices) and varied day after day. Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Be aware that laundry service is not available nor provided at this hotel. Otherwise, the lower per night cost s excellent for the comfort and service compared to some of the other hotels located in the area.

Location: On the one hand, the location is ideal because many cafes and restaurants, along with the Wong Supermarket and Kennedy Park, are located nearby and all are within walking distance. You can also easily walk to the parks and walkways overlooking the Pacific Ocean (for example, Parque del Amor, Parque Antonio Raimondi) from the hotel by just waling down Calle Bellavista. In fact, most of the dining and shopping areas found within Miraflores can be reached through walking from the hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel's location close to dance clubs, music venues, and restaurants results in lots of noise that may last to 3 or 4 in the morning. It didn't matter that I was on the 4th floor, the noise from the nightly revelry was constant and made it difficult to get a solid night's rest. Bring earplugs! Perhaps it was because it was summertime, but I would not likely choose to stay in this hotel again due to the noise.

They had a great breakfast, there were 2 bottles of water in the room. The comforter on the bed way nice. Saturday night I could hear the party people but not overly. A very enjoyable stay.

Everything fantastic except the power outlets socket, it seems cannot hold the plugs and keeps on losing. However, the crews are very friendly and hospitable. In particular, the hotel prepared two bottles of water which we really needed after our long distance flight.

The water fountain in the lobby looks great, I guess it didn’t turned on just because it is a low season. I like eating our breakfast at the rooftop balcony.

Very efficient staff, close to restaurants, very close to an airport bus drop off point. Messaged the hotel a while ago that I could only stay one night instead of two and because I couldn't change the reservation on Booking.com they agreed that I would just pay for the night.

Lima is a very noisy city, unfortunately. So, some construction nearby noise would leak into the early hours of my sleep including on a Sunday.

This is my go-to hotel in Lima. The staff is very friendly and helpful, except the lady at night. Which is unfortunately when I get there.

If it’s one thing is the noise. Lima is noisy as hell to begin with. But, regularly the noise comes from the 5th floor. The kitchen.

Excellent location.

The check-in was a bit hairy. The older woman was totally unpleasant.

Though so near Miraflores' action- centre, Kennedy Park, Hotel Las Palmas feels like Home. . . What an absolutely ideal location !!! (. . .it's repositioned mere feet away from the Tourist Information Centre located at the popular Diagonal. . .)

There was lots of noise coming from the outside on my 2nd night (it was Tuesday) but I suppose theres not much a hotel can do about it

Stayed late August and it was cold. No heat available in the building.

The property was clean and there was a good breakfast in the morning.

The nearby nightclubs are extremely loud. Don’t stay here if you want a restful nights sleep. The hotel provides no filtered water refill stations. Bottled water was very expensive from the hotel. It would have been good to have a small water bottle free each day of stay
