Epiqus Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was Awesome!

There were no irons only a laundry service and there was only one key per room.

The location was very closed to the most of the attractions. The hotel was clean. There was one thing that i want to mention is I stayed for 5 days. The bed sheet not change even once.

The location is amazing!

They didn’t have AC, they gave us a fan because we complain. I booked one room with only one doble bed and they gave me one room with two beds because they told me they didn’t have the room I booked avalaible.

Good location and room was clean. We booked our stay with breakfast buffet style, which was really good and many options

Ahead of time, when we were planning our trip, we requested to have an early check-in, and we reminded the hotel a couple of days before as well, however, our inquiry was completely ignored.

for the price we paid was good ,the receptionist were nice,and try to help and talk good English,for a short stay I recommended .

l don't like the shower ,it's attached to the ceiling,I like it adjustable but for my husband was ok.may be there's need a kettle because there wasn't.

Staff are all Friendly. If you ask something, they can manage to help you out.

Poor Wifi connection. Need to upgrade as they are in 3 star hotel. Also no glass and water bottlw in the room including coffee.

Our room had jacuzzi, which is great for the price. Well located, center of miraflores. Smart Tv with netflix.

The hotel is a sort of old and dark. Breakfast was just ok, but very limited.

Listen, all I will say is I paid for what I got. The hotel staff were lovely, I have nothing to complain about when it comes to them. The location was fantastic in a safe place. They did have 24 hour security.  It doesn’t include air conditioning however, when I explain to the staff that I had a skin condition, they immediately brought fan to my room which was very nice of them..

The breakfast I didn’t bother going to after the first day it was just awful. I would rather the hotel be cheaper and not include the breakfast. It just wasn’t worth it. The facilities were plastic and the water pressure wasn’t the best and it was extremely noisy. I could hear trolleys being moved up and down the car door at all hours and I could hear everything going on outside.

We were a bit sceptical because of the bad reviews, but we nothing to complain about. We even extended our stay from 3 to 6 nights. Breakfast ist simple but as it is a buffet, you’ll have enough! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is caring.

It is a bit difficult to air out the rooms properly, but it wasn’t that bad!

Shower hot and cold was switched, cabinet front falling apart, toilet had low pressure, had to flush several times, breakfast was not stocked?

The word “hotel policy” means you gonna be impeded to leave the hotel until the reception send a cleaning woman to check your room if you haven’t broke something -Very very bad and poor breakfast - very very slow internet

it’s very convenient since its close to the metropolitano so i can use instead of taxi becase they are faster

Good size room, very clean and good facilities.Excellent location and felt very safe here. Staff were helpful booking us taxis and were accommodating to us checking in early.

Breakfast was very basic, only coffee, juice and toast with jam or marmalade. Cooked item was scrambled eggs with ham but was the same each day. Room was very cold as window didn't seal properly.Outdated decor. Noisy but can't be helped because of location.

This is a budget hotel in the Miraflores area and walking distance to a lot.

The floor wasn’t clean and there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom.
