- Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast.
- The bed
-  the entire staff went above and beyond helping us get to Cusco and Arequipa with arranging flights themselves for us. Very pleasant and patient and had all the amenities we needed. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional.
Cons -
- Lack of hot shower, poor staffing interactions
- The water pressure of the bathroom was rather weak and they needed to come and fix it. But I think that¿s standard in most places we have stayed in Peru so it wasn¿t the hotel¿s fault and they fixed it immediately.
