Jacuzzi took up half the room and seemed out of place.

Good location for walking around Miraflores. We enjoyed the breakfast even though the space could be crowded. The suite room was spacious. The massage chairs and sauna in the gym area were really relaxing.

The room did not match the photos exactly and towels were missing in the room upon our arrival. There was a slight smell to the room and noise from the street could be heard. I wondered if there are other suites that are more upgraded/renovated but I’m not sure.

The staff was very accommodating, and pleasant.

The breakfast area layout was a little cramped, but overall we enjoyed the breakfast selections.

Location is great and the bed is confortable. That's it for the good stuff.

Staff is clearly unprepared. We waited for over 15 minutes for them to bring our bagage to our room (as they said they'd do) and had to go to reception again, since no one answered, to find our bags there and the person responsible for it doing nothing.The bathroom has a window that doesn't open and no ventilation system. The result was that our bedroom looked like a sauna. There was so much steam the floors and walls were wet.Breakfast was complete chaos. The buffet part of the salon is tiny, there's no hot milk available, wich forms a huge line for the microwave. Anything fresh that should be available wasn't: cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, fruits. Clean plates are a lot to ask too... it was very unpleasant having to wait for absolutely everything. Plus, there's no sweet options, simple cakes or anything and they charge extra for the most basic things as pancakes with honey, omelettes and papaya juice (I could almost understand it, if there were a lot of other options already included in the menu).To sum up, a terrible experience for the 4 stars they state in booking.

Roof Top Jacuzzi and 2-Person Sauna is great. The Room was beautiful (I had a suite). A variety of free coffee all day long and free (sweet) wine in the afternoon and evening. Descent Complementary Breakfast

The Pool on the main floor right next to the dining room (visible) is basically unusable. Is cold and doesn't get sun. It not a space where you wanna hang out and relax. I didn't use it, and i didn't see anyone else ever use it either.

The pool wasnt available at the time of my stay due to maintenance, but that's outside of everyone's control.

Hotel was in the city next to things to do.

They overbooked the room so they gave us similar room without the views, even though i paid more for that room And wouldn't refund it out change it. Hotel room was not like the pictures. The hottub in the room didn't get warm. The water only got slightly above lukewarm. The people at the front desk weren't really helpful either.

The breakfast was amazing and the snack included from 12 pm to 7 pm.The room was clean and cosy.Good location, close to the beach.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The gym was very small and the pool was too cold for us.

rude employees, cleaning isn’t good, terrible room decoration, buriocracy to schedule jacuzzi, pool or anything you want. breakfast is always the same, and is not good. If you wanna make your money worth it, go somewhere else

Rooms too small, we had to upgrade our room paying more than double at the end.

Good value for money and the room was great for a long stay. Anything we asked for was provided by staff. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the main attractions of Miraflores.

With Covid some facilities are closed, frustrating, but understandable.

The hotel is in a perfect location, everything is at walk distance. The staff is great very helpful and very clean. Covid protocols are overly respected. The room is very spacious and modern. Breakfast because of Covid is served in the room, wish it was more various during the days but still really good and fresh. Overall very recommended

My overall experience was phenomenal. The cleanliness and service was impeccable. The rooftop jacuzzi and massage chairs in the gym were perfect.

The language barrier.

The staff was great very good attention ....Carlos and the young lady in the morning was greatBreakfast was good not great....coffee juice egg and bread.....and sometime they bring fruit...The ac unit work great i was in room 403 The water pressure on the bathroom was not that good and was not hot water jusr template ....The tv work perfect i lot of channels.....over 300The kitchen work perfect no complain....the bed was good not great ......the pillow was great .....thr safe work ......

It just need to be updated....and i got stock o the elevator 1 day
