They were very nice people and professional. I thought the could improve with the towels . They were old and they did not give you ANY hand towels or small towels. Another thing is the curtains they need to have sheer curtains too they only have thick cu

Curtains so during the day you could not let the light into the room.

Good location, the garden

Old rooms, older than it seems in the photos. My single room had only one room looking at the staircase so people could look right in. It’s very noisy.

Very nice front desk. Hotel is clean and very peaceful.

Upper floors need better ventilation other than a window.

The hosts were great, the hotel was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and although I didn't eat breakfast, it looked very good and varied.

The only negative was the room was pretty musty, but I learned that is pretty common in Lima with high humidity. Some sort of scent vaporizer would be nice

The hotel was very clean and offered a beautiful garden patio, perfect site for the delicious complimentary breakfasts every morning.

Variety for breakfast. The location was nice especially for finding good places to eat nearby. Was a nice place to stay in Miraflores.

The lack of soundproofing. There was a little hole in the wall around the windows, so we could hear a lot of noises around the hotel.

Location and enclosed court yard. The restaurant was convenient too.

Very clean, easy access to Miraflores and the city. Helpful staff.

A bit stark and no air flow in the room.

The location was very centric, between Kennedy Park and Larcomar. Nice restaurants were really close in Larco Avenue, and a nice minimarket and banks were right in the corner. Check in was easy and fast, good option for the price.Breakfast buffet was really good, and check out was at noon.

Room was good except for the fact the bathroom wc didn't flush properly. The light outside the window room was too bright and the curtains were not thick enough to cover the light at night. You could hear the noise from the lobby area.

The location was nice and the courtyard was nice.

The staff was actually pretty rude. They wouldn't really answer my questions (in english or spanish) and didn't give me any instruction on breakfast, that I needed to leave the key at the desk, etc. Also, I tried to pay upon arrival and was told I couldn't. I tried again when going out for the evening and was completely ignored at the desk. Then, as I departed they chased me out to the taxi I had called demanding I pay and being quite forceful. It was hard to understand their attitudes or why I was being treated poorly. I have never experienced this in any booking stay before.

Basically the same choices every day except type of eggs changed. The breakfast was always acceptable. Lots of staff kept area well organized.

Location was good, price was good relative to other places in the area. The bellmen were so kind and hardworking.

Couldn’t get any sleep because the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything going on outside. From 5am there was commotion from guests checking out and rolling suitcases down the stairs. I got the worst sleep on my entire trip at this hotel. The front desk staff was not particularly nice. I arrived at 12:20 and they would not allow me to check in, this is the only hotel on my whole trip who wouldn’t make an exception on their policy and let me check in 30 mins early.
