    • The hotel in General
    • The location only and the cleaning team was wonderful and attentive!
    • perfect hotel, perfect location. ill give all 10/10 rating BUT i do wish they have towels as regardless of asking i really had only one towel vs most customary 3 sets per person (hands, body and floor towel) i was only getting 1 like its a scares resource

    Cons -

    • The desk guy at check in. Like he was too personal about me. He knew I lived in USA but still chose to charge me local tax fee! Like 18% He was acting to b kind. After check out I called to see if I had left n item he said to call back in n hr. What? Lol
    • No air conditioner in hallway and too small elevators!
    • The water did not stay consistent sometimes, if somebody else uses water, the water got super hot. They charge extra if you are Peruvian which makes no sense, the breakfast was mediocre and wasn't great, and one day they watered down the pineapple juice.

The staff was friendly, the pillows were nice, and also the shower. The view was also nice as well and they were close to some really good restaurants.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

    Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very nice — clean, spacious, comfortable — with a decent number of restaurants within walking distance. The park at the end of the block, Bosque El Olivar, was my favorite spot to hang out…so tranquil. I would absolutely stay here again.

    No complaints

    Great location, clean, good wifi

A little noisy in the hallway next to elevator

The room and terrace were great!

Previous reviews match what we found needs to be improved in this hotel. I am sure that if the hotel administrators followed clients' advice, the hotel would receive better ratings. This is what we found can be improved:1. Towel size and towel number. The hotel supplies guests with two small bath towels (not large enough to cover a tall and large person) and only one hand towel. When we asked for an additional hand towel, we were told that we could only have one.2. Toilet paper. The hotel only supplies one roll of toilet paper a day. We had to ask for an additional roll. 3. No hairdryer.4. Closet needs more shelves and/drawers. There are only two small shelves in the closet and a lot of open shelves in the room. I personally prefer to store my clothing in an enclosed space to keep room neat and calm.4. Breakfast. Poor assortment. In a country that has an incredible assortment of fruit, they only have watermelon and apples. Only one choice of yogurt (sugared strawberry flavor) and one kind of cereal. These are all easy fixes that would not break the hotel's budget but would make guests' stay substantially more pleasant.

Super comfortable bed, nice shower. Good WiFi, service helpful, Everything I needed!

Only the ac was a little noisy.

    8NataliaPosted on: 3-29-2025

The air conditioner is to noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly

    7GabrielaPosted on: 3-21-2025

The size of the room and bed, the air conditioning being available

Staff promised a cot which was not ready and then woke baby and I up only to take an hour to install the cot in the bed with 3 staff members. Also I was questioned for some legal documents about my child by the receptionist, it wasn’t his place to question me or for challenging me for something that I already discussed with migrations and had nothing to do with the hotel.

I paid $66 a night room only via Booking which makes this hotel excellent value for money. Not luxurious but good. Located next to the Olivar Wood (ideal for strolling safely), it is located on a quiet street close to many good restaurants and facilities. Breakfast @$13 is fine but I went out for other meals and enjoyed the neighbourhood. Staff attentive and polite.

Watch out for small print on Booking about local taxes in addition to quoted price. It’s there but you might miss it.

It is a beautiful and modern hotel in San Isidro. The room was big and very clean. The staff is kind and helpful.

The wall socket is "american style", different from the ones in Brazil and Europe. They could provide some plug adapter for the travelers or have an USB input in the wall.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Great location next to restaurants and parks, safe area.

    Location

Staff takes take for check out, specially if you need an invoce, which I did because I traveled for work

    7VerónicaPosted on: 10-3-2024

    Good location

False advertising. They say early check-in since 1pm, we arrived 1:40 and they said the room wasn’t ready. When we complained, they said it was “from 1pm”, meaning it could be later than that. Come on…!

    10ChasePosted on: 8-11-2024

Clean and nice rooms. Close to the park and ancient ruins.

    10JosephPosted on: 7-17-2024

The room was pretty quiet and spacious. The terrace a great complement

Despite the number of guests in the room, the towels are very small, rough and there were not enough as well as the amenities.

    10DorothyPosted on: 6-3-2024

Nice and clean and well maintained! The room is a nice size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood.

not clean, smell bad, try to make money from you for no reason

The room smells very bad, not clean, including the bed and towels.it's cold now in peru, they don't have heating function in the air condition, only a small heating machine, which did not help to heat up. i asked for blanket, they sent a blanket smells very bad, maybe has been used.when the day i checked out, they said i make the towels dirty, the truth is i put a blue soap in the towel so it looks like blue, they don't even try to clean, and told me i need to pay for 30 SOL, which i did not accept, isn't the towel for customers to use? and it's normal to make it dirty, but washable, why should i pay for it? i said, well, give me the towel, i will clean for you, i won't pay for this, it's insane and not reasonable, i have money but i don't want to watse it. and then they let me go, they just want to get as much as money from us and do nothing for us.i have been on business trip for almost 2 months, and lived a lot hotels in different countries, this is the only one i want to give a bad feedback, don't chosse this hotel.
