The staff was top notch, the hotel is very clean breakfast ok.

Very old, furniture outdated, walls thin. Felt like my neighbors were in the room with me.

Great location, breakfast was great. Front desk staff were amazing and friendly. They were available 24/7 and answered any questions and provide guidance during our visit.

Included breakfast in mornings was great, room was spacious and clean, water pressure in the shower good, staff was helpful.

wi-fi wasn't working, could not get an early check-in (although the staff seemed to try for it but not sure how hard they tried)

The staff was a disappointment. I was robbed inside the hotel room. I had left the money in my backpack. The management said that safe box are available and should be used. I agree. The hotel seems to have no control over employees and fact that using the safe is mandatory proves it. Still nothing was done to ease the distress.

I loved the breakfast & all the staff working there were so pleasant & accommodating! The staff @ the kitchen & front desk were so helpful!

The hotel rooms are outdated & the bathrooms needed more cleaning. Also it’s located in a very busy road so it was somewhat loud.

the place is located in a central part in Miraflores, so it was really close to where I needed to go, and the place is clean and comfortable in general

the breakfast was really simple and always the same, the noise you can hear everythig from the other rooms and they start doing like a plumber work on my floor at 6 am on saturday, the pressure on the shower was totally unstable, sometimes you will get good amout of water and 2 seconds later you will get nothing.

An interesting hotel with large rooms. The restaurant was good, the drinks were great. The location was walkable close to Barranco and Miraflores areas of interest. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The beds were unusually close to the floor, I'm tall, so it was a long trip down. The pillows were terrible. The walls are thin, I could hear a person two rooms down snoring all night.

Breakfast was delicious and with variety. The hotel is nicer in person than it looks in photos. Staff was great. A nice touch was that since we left before breakfast started, they packed us some bags with food.

The hotel is pretty old so are the facilities. There are the visible traces of tea cups on the bedside tables which make the room feel not entirely clean although it is. Breakfast has many options but the hot dishes are not always cooked well or simply not tasty. Like in many hotel in LatAm there's no espresso or cappuccino for breakfast. However, a real disaster is the lighting. The room is very badly lit. Except for the bedside lamps and a lamp hear the entry door there's no other lights in the room so it becomes really dark after the sunset. I had hard time trying work in the evenings although I liked the full-size desk.

Big size bedroom and very nice breakfast. All staff were very kind.

1. They sell their hotel by telling people that they gave free gym and spa...but when you are there they won't allow you to use it. I tried to book multiple time and the answer was always "Sorry sir but it's not available".. You buyva serc2. They host gigantic events on the 8th floow..people are screaming with loud music like crazy till around 8:30pm..if you come here with a jetlag good luck trying to have an afternoon rest3. There are only 2 sockets in the rooms. One in the bathroom and another very-very far from the bed. It's innconvenient especially if more people comes into this room.4. The hotel staff is anyhing but helpful/friendly..they claim to speak English but misunderstan everything.every single time I had an inreraction with them it was unpleasant in some way.. I never had this in my entire life im a hotel

Very attentive staff. The hotel room was comfortable, but noisy (busy avenue in front). The breakfast was marvellous.

The gym is quite old, needing a renewal.

Small criticism, the front desk staff were not very well informed on local activities or areas of night life. Also their limited knowledge of English was a bit challenging.
