Wonderful staff, great breakfast in the mornings, very quiet and comfortable property and location.

Issues with the water. Initially very low water pressure and then no water at all. We decided to depart early because of this but the staff was understanding and accommodating. Provided a refund for the last night of reservation due to one day early departure.

Good size bedrooms, comfortable bed, clean and modern.

The breakfast pictures on booking is misleading because there were no pastries, nor madeleines, chocolate bread! It was very basic like eggs, granolas, yogurt, fruits, one kind of cheese and coffee.

We had a nice stay at the hotel close to the bus station Cruz del Sur. Personell was very friendly and breakfast was great.

The location is perfect for the Javier Prado bus station, it’s a very safe area, the rooms are very comfortable and a great size and the staff are lovely and very helpful! Special thank you to Alfredo and Monica for their help during our stay!

The bed was a bit too stiff for my taste and the hot water was hard to make it stable. WIFI signal did not have sufficient strength.

The condition of the bathroom was a bit outdated and can be cleaned a bit better

the apartment is top modern, huge and comfortable. on the top of the building is a terrace for sitting outside. the location of the apartment is very secure, because its in a kind of banking district. restauerants, shops are in walk distance. the people at the accommodation are very friendly.

The pictures of one room type are of course always only (the best) examples. Our apartment of the same type was a less nice than we expected.

The best part of the hotel was the staff , they were always super Friendly and helpful. The size of the apart was also very good, the location is good as well close to everything but on a very quiet road.

Staff were friendly, hardworking, and attentive. The lady that serves the breakfast was fantastic, so nice and the food delicious. The place was clean, roomy, and comfortable.

Strategical position for Cruz del Sur bus station (5 minutes walking).We had to leave very early in the morning and we were given breakfast before the expected hour in room - very kind of them.

Our window was on a very narrow and dark place, no light and no view from there.

The location was good. The staff was very nice. Viviana was kind and left us some hotel goodies.The bedroom had a heater, which is hard to find in Peru.

The building is very old. The hotel is much in need to get upgrades. The couch had a bad odor. We got the feeling that this room might be used by some employees to rests(?), one walked in without knocking, we hadn’t locked the door. We had requested a room with 2 beds but received one with one smaller bed. Breakfast was simple and with orange juice that isn’t fresh, unusual in Peru. staff was very kind.

Close to bus terminals of Cruz del Sir and Movie. There is supermarkwt about 15 minute walk banks nearby and is great safe location. Breakfast was more than expected all was wonderful

They charged me two days, I believe, fon an stay of ~10 hr.
