Hotel Vila Santa

Location was great and the front desk was very helpful.

No air conditioning.

Staff and breakfast.

Early mornings are a little bit noisy.

The staff or very good and professional. The rooms are clean and satisfactory.

The room I received this time, was on the front of the building above the noisy street, so that would be my only disappointment.

The property is very clean and the staff was very kind! Most everyone speaks English and they have excellent secure parking for cars and motorcycles! Saul and Jamie were especially great with recommendations for dinner and excellent room service! The hotel is located in a very convenient location with many amenities within walking or a short uber ride! The included breakfast buffet is excellent and they have some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time!

Road noise can be intense during the day but drops off after about 9pm

The staff is amazing, the food is great, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean.

It is located at the very edge of miraflores, which means you rely on public transportation every time you want to access a touristic place.

Amazing buffet breakfast. Decent rooms and beds. Fun games to play on the terrace at night. Massage chairs!

The elevator! Sometimes it did not stop by our floor while going up or down even if the button was pressed.

The Breakfast room: The view and the coffee were decent. The fried yuca was super big! I could not even eat half. The bed was huge. and had a lovely extra comforter.

I came in tired and wanted to take a shower before retiring. The shower shot out everywhere except the head of the shower. So I immediately put my things together and went to the reception to inform them. They changed my room while I was waiting. I went to the lounge for a complimentary drink. The only thing I didn't like about this exchange is the disbelief of the reception when I told her and the slight insinuation that it might have been something I did. The cleaning staff should have reported this before it happened to a guest.

Comfortable enough for a 3 day stay

I was on the 4th floor and it felt like I was outside by the road. The noise from the street was very loud.

The room was pretty good. Specious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Place itself looks very well mantained.

It is very cold and we had to ask for a heater, because there is no central heating system in the hotel.The hotel also charged me an extra 50 soles for a towel, which was marked by my dyed hair, blaming that they couldn't wash it out. Considering that we did pay a service fee, it is a very high fee for just a towel.

Comfortable rooms, great showers, gorgeous lobby nice rooftop facilities.

Location is good - gas station is a block away, grocery store is maybe three blocks. There's a few restaurants in walking distance as well. I don't go out at night so I can't discuss nighttime safety but the area is perfectly safe during the day.Breakfast was good, coffee, scrambled eggs, etc.Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful.Internet was stable and suitable for digital nomads.

The mattress was kind of hard.

For outside travelers that are Peruvians shouldn't have to pay the fee or taxes due to that we don't live in the country we have double nationality other than that customer service was exceptional very nice place to stay price wise the best out there in the market

There are so many things to like about this place! The rooftop area to have breakfast was really special and the breakfast itself had everything we needed and as much as we wanted. The facilities are also very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We were originally in a room that faced a busy road and this made it hard to sleep. We mentioned it to the staff and without any question, they put us in another room which was great. We had no issues after that!! It was very quiet.

The decoration of the rooms and all areas was very nice. Staff was kind. Breakfast was okay.

A lot of noise at night as it is on a high-traffic avenue and buildings are not well isolated. In addition, be aware that in Peru, people use horn a lot.

Breakfast is the same after the third day, it's better to have more variety. Booking.com writes that there is free taxi but no.

I loved the terrace for breakfast and the arty vibe of this hotel. The WiFi connection was great. The little fruit bowls at breakfast were cute and super healthy (watermelon, mango, and grapes).. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the little fridge in the room, very useful for my son. Jaimie at reception was super super friendly. I like how there is water you can access (hot and cold).

There are very limited vegetarian options for lunch or dinner and there didn't seem any way to accommodate vegetarian meals. The woman on reception said, "this is not a vegetarian restaurant". I get that but maybe have one meal option for vegetarians, or flexibility to adapt something so there's an option. For example, have the pasta but omit the chicken. We were feeling poorly one day and it would have been easier to have lunch at the hotel but it wasn't an option.It was extremely noisy overnight, so there isn't any soundproofing. Bring some ear plugs. There wasn't any body wash or hair conditioner so we had to buy some locally. Also there wasn't a hand towel, just bath towels. The shampoo was tiny sachets. It was slightly annoying.

Lovely hotel, the stand out is the staff and how friendly they are?. The room is very clean and the WiFi is great. The breakfast was okay but limited. The room has a fridge and microwave. Only drawback, it's very noisy overnight as it's next to a busy road. Bring your earplugs. Good value for money

Lobby should have sofas rather than chairs.

Lovely restaurant with a good view, helpful staff (reception staff) and good sized rooms with TV. We were leaving early in the morning but they offered to pack us a takeaway lunch as we were not having breakfast.

VERY FAR from anything. Do not stay here if you are short on time. It is not walkable distance from any restaurants or the good parts of town. The beds were extreme uncomfortable and hard. I had a sore back the next day. Restaurant staff rude.
