Taxi service from them was really expensive another hotel are 1/2 price from hotel to airport

Restaurant staff needs to pay more attention to ice in the yogurt, replenish hot water and preparing orders

They saved my luggage for almost a week without troubles while I travelled to Cusco, I love that attitude from the staff.

Small room, noise from street, cooked items at breakfast buffet were never hot, even early in am. Staff was friendly but seemed to have trouble answering questions

Good location and clean.

This was not the regular Casa Andina experience I expect. Water in the room for brushing teeth was not included, nor was breakfast (which had a lot less options than the normal exemplary spread at CA for a little over $10 USD). There was a hot tub as advertised but it wasn’t hot and required a reservation. Other than the manager, staff were pushy and rude (aggressively knocking on the door while I was showering after breakfast to get me to pay for the breakfast instead of adding to the room). Staff seemed nervous and unfriendly around children. Hotel seemed to tailor to large tourist buses so they quickly got overwhelmed and crowded. I wouldn’t stay here again given other options at the same price point.

The building was quite nice. Breakfast was reslly good. They service and staff very kind. They gave me a welcome drink and snack. Top hotel.

The staff was friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.I recently stayed at (Casa Andina Hotel), and it was one of the best hotel experiences. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location for visiting Incan Pyramid, good restaurants and walking with ocean views. I felt safe here.

Hotels should establish a difference and create some 'little motivational gifts for customers staying more than 10 nights; for example, no charging every single bottle of water daily left at the room, offering at least two laundries for free, offering at least one-dinner at their own restaurant or 2-day Spa, each one with one treatment for free. We did not feel any gesture inviting us to repeat another long stay in that hotel.
