The staff were helpful and friendly; there was a lovely breakfast and the room was clean as were the public spaces.

The fans on the roof reverberate through the walls, especially on the top floor near them...they need to beef up the insulation between them and the rooms.A bigger lobby would be good to sit in, read and maybe meet people.. perhaps they could open it out into the function rooms especially if they're not used often.

Cooked breakfast options were not offered. "Queso fresco" was not fresh and we notified the staff, and they apologized and removed it.

The hotel was stingy on towels. Two bath towels and one hand towel is not enough and not what I find in other, similar hotels. Also, there should have been more hooks for clothes and more towel racks.

Not enough premium tv channels. Towels are thine and worn. Add some more bottles of water even if charged us for the first day.
