Nothing!!! Worse hotel I have ever stayed!!!

The name change from exe to arthouse and no notification was given... the first room that they give me was already been use by another guest... than they doble bill me and were very difficult to give refund. People didn't even know how to use a printer in the front desk. Not a place I will ever recommend someone

The room was large and cosy, the bathroom was good too, the hotel was nicely located (close to bars, restaurants, a supermarket)

No extra facilities such as a gym, the breakfast was bland and too simple

The comfort of the beds, room was nice, service at the frontdesk A+, very friendly and polite. Very safe, walking around is also safe, good restaurants, laundry, shopping centers at walking distance.

The carpet in the rooms need to be change, it has so many stains that it looked dirty. But the room was clean.

Bed, sheets and pillows are great and clean. The location is amazing

Showers need to be renewed

Overall cleanliness and location

We were moved without any previous warning to Ikonik Miraflores, a nearby hotel which is part of the same chain, with slightly lower standards.Ikonik wanted to charge us an even higher fair than the original booking which resulted in an hour discussion with the staff at both hotels. We felt henceforth uncomfortable when around the Ikonik staff (e.g. we were typically ignored during breakfast and unlike the guests around us ended up with no coffee/tea etc.)

Great location right in the centre of miraflores. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially reception. The room was clean and spacious and very good price for our 3 night stay. Only 1 downfall is the breakfast could have a better selection but still a fantastic stay

It's an old hotel, some of the fortitude were broken (the chair), very bad designed, very cold atmosphere, very cheap - gave only one (!!) towel.

Beautiful rooms and incredible showers! Perfect hotel for last few nights in Peru after trekking and hiking for weeks.

location was central to tourist sites.breakfast was ok.

You can hear the people on the next room.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was in the perfect proximity to the mall, beach, resturants, travel agencies, cambios and supermarkets

The room had an off smell when just entered. We had to pay for drinking water. A few complimentary drinks on arrival or stacked in the fridge would have been nice.

Location, great breakfast and great staff.Late check out was appreciated, and luggage storage.

Stains on carpets and curtains. Stained chair outside discouraged us from sitting on the terrace as hoped. Lacks personality so wouldn't recommend for more than one night.

Liked the location and the large comfortable room.

The staff. The front desk was sparsely staffed. The sole receptionist on duty barely spoke English. They tried to give me a room with only one bed despite my having specifically made a reservation for a twin room for my daughter and myself. When I objected, she told me that I made a reservation for a single bed room. I had to show her a copy of my email confirmation to show her what I reserved. Then she tried to charge me $60 more than the price that I booked. Again, I had to argue that I should get the price in the confirmation email. Then, the room didn't have the refrigerator that was listed among the amenities. They did bring one before we returned from dinner. Then we ordered a taxi for 5:00 to get to the airport for an early flight. Our taxi was not there; however, there were several others for other guests. Eventually, they ordered another one that picked us up later than we wanted to leave for the airport

Great room with balcony, good boxspring and spacious. Everything is on walking distance and there a lots of nice small places for breakfast in the street around

The carpet has some stains unfortunately and it didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot

The breakfast was very basic but later was better because came more guests.No Fair. Many people was there for quarentine for Covid19 thats was very stress.Many people we can see takes test covid19.I bought this reservation under manege Four Poins by Sheraton and change EXE Hotels that take workers for quarentine.Also when I expended time in the day were fixed A/C o I dont know but I could not use the bathroom.I bought 19 nights
