Staff was amazing. The girl that works at the restaurant is so sweet. Amazing location. Good breakfast.

Location. Small. Charming

Doors did not have dead locks so didn’t feel the security was good. Safes did not attach to anything. Was over charged and there was no resolution. I felt it was not handled well. Rare on Booking did not match charge. When I told them less then 12 hours after I was told it was too late and they couldn’t do anything about it.

Good location, very charming, unique property.

This property has some serious mold problems. Take my word for it and look at the pics. If you read the reviews almost everyone mentions a dampness or smell. That’s because the entire building is full of mold. They burn some sort of incense when you walk in which I believe is to cover the smell. When i read the reviews I decided to give the place a chance anyway because it was soo cute and unique and had a triple room. I asked for an upper floor room with a window based on reviews and I was assured I would get that. However we were given a musty ground floor room with a window that opened onto the stairwell. Not ideal as you couldn’t open the window unless you wanted everyone who walked by to be able to see you in the room. It was also 2 feet from reception and you could hear everything going on outside the door. In the end we asked to move rooms which they agreed to. Unfortunately our new room, while better, was also covered in mold. There seems to be a drainage problem in the bathroom (water gets everywhere after a shower and doesn’t dissipate) and also a general humidity problem that affects the entire building. In fact the wall behind one of the beds was literally peeling and soft to the touch. I ended up moving the bed next to the window away from the wall after noticing that the curtain had mold all over it. After I did so I noticed black mold on the wall near the bed. I then noticed it all over the edge of the bathroom sink as well as random places in the room and hotel such as corners and walls. The shelf in our bathroom storing the towels was also covered in some back substance which I also assumed was mold. I did tell the manager on duty and she asked for pics and did send someone to clean the areas promptly which I appreciated however a cleaning of the surfaces doesn’t solve the underlying problem. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom did not get hot water (shower did and had nice pressure) and some of the furniture in the room was kinda just for show.

The location

It was moldy and stuffy in the room. My brother also stayed there and it was moldy. They then put us in another room that smelled freshly painted.

The property itself was located in a very accessible area in Miraflores. Near pretty much every restaurant and shopping venue possible. Property itself was charming and well put together for the most part. Safety in and out through door bell and camera was very good. Staff was welcoming for the most part.

Upon arriving, the room door knob was completely out of the door creating a huge safety issue. Although it was brought up to staff immediately it was NOT addressed immediately resulting in the staff giving us a key/keychain which was annoying to carry daily. Bathroom area towel hook was detached from the wall, again not addressed immediately by staff. It took 4 days and multiple requests for staff to fix it. Toilet clogged also on the 4th day. We were staying on the 3rd floor room 308. Almost every morning it rained and noticed there was no roof above the exit stairs, resulting in very slippery steps. Almost fell once, upon descending to the lobby did notice a 3x5 very small sign for wet floors and again brought this to the attention of the staff which fell on deaf ears. Overall decent experience for a very affordable price but improvements are sorely needed.

It was a beautiful house, with a lot of details in its interior design but only in the exterior and lobby area.

The rooms lack functionality, the towels looked old and from the first room we stayed on the third floor we could hear all the traffic noise until very late at night.

Breakfast was really nice and the staff were so friendly. We also did our laundry there and it was reasonable and very quick! I regret not staying there longer.

Our room needed airing out a bit.

Really welcoming staff and excellent location near food/drinks and Kennedy Park. The hotel's included breakfast and coffee/tea/filtered water is a really nice touch.

Room didn't have much natural light and smelled a bit damp. I also had some issues with my AC leaking, but the staff was quick to fix it.

Great location in Miraflores and good value for the price

Windows were very thin, if you’re facing the street you can hear the traffic all night. Our shower was missing one door so you had to be careful to not get water everywhere.

Hotel was gorgeous, really lovely interiors and lovely and comfortable! Nice spacious bathroom, and lovely shower!
