Breakfast could be a little more varied. Most days it's the same. Still good though.

It was very basic, but for the price it was fine. The bed was on the hard side. I had a huge room with basic furnishings, the staff was nice. Breakfast in the room to order was surprisingly nice.

When I paid, they charged me on a currency I didn’t expect. I was going to pay US $, however the staff told me they had to charge me on Soles. I booked the room un US $.

Great, helpful staff. 15 minute walk to bars, cafes, restaurants through a nice neighbourhood.Uber is reliable and cheap.

Traffic and drivers are bad...Give yourself plenty of time to get anywhere.

This property is a gem hidden about 15 minute walk from the Central Square of Baranca

The decor is 1970s disco decor which made it kind of fun too.

I absolutely loved how attentive and helpful the staff was, front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen. They were quick to go out of their way to help us in any question or help we needed. Will definitely be staying there again.

Honestly, the fact that some people can pay the same price as this at a hostel, which is dirty and supplies, nothing but an old towel is nuts. After 70 countries, this is possibly one of the best value properties and cleanest that I’ve stayed at for the price, I was outstandingly impressed.

A fantastic small hotel between the tourist areas Miraflores and Baranco. You can reach the beach and the centers of the disctricts in 10-15minutes. Relevant shops are nearby. The staff is charming, very motivated, and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there.

It is Lima, so you will always hear something if the window is open. With closed windows, I found it acceptable. If you do not know any Spanish, it may be hard to communicate there. But during the day, at least one staff member knows English well enough to discuss complicated matters.

The room was amazing! It was clean and smelled nice. We loved the bath and the water was quickly warm. There were more warm blankets in de closet when it was cold at night. We arrived at 10 am because of our flight but we could go in the room right away. The man at the reception was very friendly and helped us calling a travel agency and booked taxi's for us. Our lightswitch wouldn't turn off without having to ask it they fixed it. Best stay in Peru!

We stayed in the hotel twice within a week - the first room was fine but the bathtub seems to be leaking - need some updates in room 402

This place is a dump. Internet wasn't working, shower was barely working, pretty sure I got bed bug bites

For that price, there was no hot water and very little was offered for breakfast, we were very disappointed and spent only one night at the HOTEL.

It was clean.

Location was perfect on the border of Barranco with Miraflores so both are within walking distance.

Room interior was dated and staff didnt know how to speak English.

Great location on the edge of the world of Barranco. Friendly staff, simple breakfast delivered on time to the room. Spa tub was great after a long day of walking the streets of the 'hood.
