The largest bed and big room

The spa shower / bathtub did not appear clean.

Smelly room. Noisy early morning could hear people talking. Construction noises in the morning. Window let in too much light. We had to change rooms. Second one very tiny. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is located in the heart of Miraflores at the touristic center of Lima. It is an old hotel but the owners try to maintain it as good as possible. The room, the bed and the bathroom are big and comfy. The stuff are also polite. The only negative is it doesn't have a lift, so if you carry luggages that would be a small issue. Other than than if you don't ask too much I think its VFM!!!

Pretty close to Kennedy Park. Uses cards to open rooms. Free water, coffee and tea all the time.

Internet is really slow.

The black mold in our room, bathroom and hallways. We talked to the front desk and informants her if it. She said she could do anything about it, no rooms available to change and that we had to stay in there. Breakfast was not that great wither. Very disappointed in this black mold situation as it affected our breathing, the lights didn’t shut off all the way.

The bed was big and comfortable with clean sheets, there was an air conditioner.

The wifi did not work in our room, and they made no effort to resolve the issue, until the second night out of our 3 night stay offering for us to do work in another room, or move if we'd like. I had to go to an Internet cafe to work because of the inconvenience. Also, the water pressure was lowered and there was no water 2 out of our 3 nights, which was extremely inconvenient as well. And they fixed the issue when we were leaving. There is great room for improvement, I just would not like to stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was good.

Good service at the desk, good taxi service from tbe airport and to bus terminal. The breakfast is nice though size limited due to the room service style. The room was was comfortable.

Apart from one or two hairs found in the bathroom, nothing really.

The room was next to pool. Extremely noisy. Could not sleep at night.

Cold room, noisy, hot shower not reliable

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very kind and responsive and answered all the questions we had about our surroundings and also helped us to sort some issues in the accommodation. The beds were also comfortable, and the location was incredible! We were struggling to get an Uber to the airport when leaving and they organised a transfer for us instead, which was very helpful.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the space, but also with the experience as a whole. Upon arriving at the accommodation, the block had no energy, which meant that we couldn't check-in straight away. Afterwards, when we managed to check-in, we were taken to our bedroom, which was extremely small. There was no space to put suitcases and if we put them on the floor, we couldn't use the chairs to have breakfast the next day.However, our biggest issue was with the cleanliness as a whole. The bathroom was not very nice, especially because there was lots of mould in the ceiling and the towels were stained and dirty. We asked to change rooms because in addition to the above we were right in front of the stairs and we were afraid of the noise from other guests, but the other room that they showed us had a very strong damp smell and lots of mould marks in the ceiling. They put a dehumidifier to help, but we chose to stay in our original bedroom because of this.We went on with our day and came back to the accommodation in the evening. However, when taking the bed sheets we were very disappointed to see LOTS of marks, including some yellow marks in the bed sheets, pillows, and even hair on both of our pillows. We immediately went downstairs and asked reception to change our bedding and they did so, but they were clearly not happy about this even after I showed them the marks and the hair!We also asked them to change our towels because it had lots of marks, including some black stains that seemed to have been from the floor. These were all changed promptly.Additionally, we were looking forward to our breakfast the next day, but what we didn't realise is that the breakfast is brought in a tray to our very small bedroom, which means that we needed to put everything on the bed to be able to have breakfast at the only table available. The breakfast was very simple.

The staff is always ready to help you! There is coffee and hot water avalaible 24/24h.

Cosy and comfy and huge! Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The only thing is if you are staying on the ground floor, it can be noisy at night from traffic outside, people at reception, and phone conversations. The bathtub also doesn't quite work (leaks water faster than it fills), shower is nice. Otherwise, a nice stay!

Room and bathroom could be cleaner. The spa bath is ridiculously small, barely fits one person, photos are misleading. Breakfast also could be better.

We were leaving early at 5.30 and couldn't get the breakfast earlier, otherwise no issues
