You had said that the hotel was 5 or 6 miles away. It was 8.5 miles and took 45 minutes. You stated that it had a free airport shuttle. It did not. We had to pay to get there via taxi.

The room was just ok.

Great breakfast, super view, only a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Strange chemical smell in the room.

The staff are good on site. rooms are clean but a little rough on the edges.

We could not reach the hotel English speaking staff for more than 5 tries due to our flight cancellation, and got hung-up multiple times.

It was quiet, and breakfast ran until 10:30, which helps when you arrive very late due to an international flight.

Room was a bit small, but for whatever reason, I was not able to plug the iron in any of the outlets. I don't know if the prongs were too large or if the outlets were too small.

No cancellation. The recommended taxi overcharged me. I left for cusco for three days and left 1 and half bottles of water in the refrigerator were gone when I came back . Reported and were not replaced. It's a business facility and that just that!

The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was great and I really enjoyed the rooftop pool!

Location is great , room is very clean and comfortable .

On Dec 31 during the day I called reception because I was hearing a lot of noise on the floor above (I was on the 12 floor). I told them I was concerned about being able to sleep if this noise continued . They assured me it would stop. At night, there was a lot of noise from heels on the floor , I guess I was on the floor below a New Year party all night and people were dancing , heels make a lot of noise . Staff forgot to mention this .

First of all, the hotel has a warning for smokers and vapers but my husband (who doesn’t tolerate cigarettes smell) called me while I was outside the room to tell me someone was smoking and the smell came all the way trough the window, we called reception to check and help but they took more than an hour, plus my husband couldn’t work peacefully because of that and at the end they ended up changing us to another room but that was after I claimed trough the phone like 5 times. The staff was pretty nice but there were many details I didn’t like about their cleaning and their control over the shared areas, also they don’t come to the room to help with things (I needed hot water for my baby’s milk) unless you call more than three times, even the restaurant.

My toilet had a poop line under and they didn’t even clean it. I went to the swimming pool with my son (who’s 3) and there was like 2 swimming pools together, one for adults and one for children, the children pool was full of old ladies who saw me with my kid but didn’t even dare to move, they stayed there longer than the “2h” that are permitted as the hotel rules says, and nobody controlled that. I had to come to the adult swimming pool with my kid even tho it was dangerous.

The card which allows to elevators to go and enter the room deactived - every day I had to come back to front desk. I took care to not placed close to mobile and other credit cardsI was in a room with two beds by myself and slept in the two beds - hotel needs too change mattresses -

the shower is not very secure, deep tub, slipery not enough handles to holf, should have a hand showe added to it

Breakfast, pool, spa.

There was a wide variety of items for breakfast.Loved the spaThe room was clean and tidy.

You need to book to use the spa.I did not like that pet dogs were allowed in the breakfast dining area. It is unhygienic and may cause problems for people with allergies.

Breakfast was ok… not a lot of hot options but some. Had to get own coffee refills

Laundry was super expensive, room was small for 2 people.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was always someone to arrange a local cab for us or to help us with anything we needed. The location was good. It's in a nice, convenient neighborhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good
