Viajero Lima - Miraflores Hostel

Everything was exceptional. Location, cleanliness, super friendly staff in all departments, awesome breakfast, etc. I'll be staying there next time!!

The location.

I guess you get what you pay for. Very cheap room with 0 amenities. Rather pat a bit more and stay somewhere nice.

The best of the best. Very much on the side of an amazing customer service experience. Very polite and thoughtful staff, I can not say enough good things

Has a beautifull decoration and view

The place where the glasses were located was dirty (in the restaurant). Also, the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, I specifically paid for a deep tissue massage; however, the massage I received was gentle and did not meet what was advertised.

The location was excellent in the heart of Miraflores, the apartment was big and comfortable, I would say the price-quality ratio is it good

Nothing I can think of

Such a fun property that is vibrant, well designed and has lots of fun amenities. This place feels like a hotel, apartment, hostel and restraint space all at once. The apartment suite was perfect and affordable. Really cool place with friendly staff and very central to everything we wanted to do in Lima. Loved all the fun design twists, colors and spaces- including the shared spaces with a movie room and foosball table.

I liked this place a lot but the layout took a minute to get used too as your check-in lobby is through a cafe entrance and there are actually two buildings - both with restaurants on the bottom floor and rooms above. Not an issue, just different than typical. But nothing to really complain about - it’s kind of a fun experience.

The hostel looked amazing, designed creatively. I loved the whole entrance/hospitality area. They offered us free welcome drink and 15% off on our food bill. In a way, the freebies covered for the room we paid practically. Bathroom was okay, clean, but shower was working funny. I faced the same problem in every Peru's hostel/hotel. So it's okay. Breakfast was great, atleast they had warm breakfast which was not very common in Cusco or other cities accomodation. We sang in Karaoke evening and had free shots as well :)I have already recommended the hostel to couple of my friends who are visiting Lima in the coming months.

Conveniently located, spacious rooms with cute minimalist decor, and decently equipped kitchenette (kettle, cutlery, ice cube tray). The staff were very nice!

We didn’t realize there are two buildings and we’d be staying in the one away from the front desk/restaurant. Not soundproof at all, even for heavy sleepers - you’ll hear car horns through the windows at all hours of the day.

Stayed in a private room and it is very loud from both street and from the other rooms when people go out for shower / bathroom when they open / close the doorsThe room’s windows is super thin and there is no curtain to block the lights for the day, so woke up very early because of the light. And the window is next to where you wash the hands and kinda feel dangerous to drop something out side of the window.and occasionally there is renovation sound from the building

Location is great right in the middle of everything. Facilities were amazing too great kitchen for cooking and nice cinema room with big sofas to relax. Staff were friendly! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Shared bathroom was always really clean!

The window in our private room wasn’t very sound proof and hard to close. So very noisy.

Poor wifi, too much noise at the street and the windows didn’t protect and the restaurante didn’t work for 2 nights and was late for breakfast

Social, central, modern vibe- Nice team, location central in miraflores, huge bed, service top!The passion fruit for breakfast is outstanding!

Breakfast (apart from that passion fruit) average, the bathroom was very old and with low water pressure- but for the money it’s all in all great value!

The location is fantastic, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful, including vegetarian vegan options. Very attentive staff.

We had an apartment which was a little bit David, the cups and glasses in the kitchenette were not clean. It was a little bit dated. I’m not sure how the main part of the hotel was where a reception is. It seemed a little newer.

Disappointing stay

We booked a private room for two with a balcony in this hostel, and honestly, there should be a minimum level of respect for guests. When we arrived, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, we had to ask twice before someone finally came, and there was no apology at all. The next day, our room key stopped working. We went to reception three times, and still nothing worked. One of the receptionists eventually came to check, confirmed it was a door system issue, and simply said it was a “maintenance task” before walking away. No follow-up, no communication, no apology. Very poor service overall.
