definitely not 5 star, staff inattentive, small pool, paid for panoramic ocean view,kinda of but lower floor so not worth the charge. allowed to check in early

Rooms are new and of a modern, functional tilt.

I've stayed at this hotel twice for prolonged periods ( at end 2021 and 2022 / each time for 10 days or more). By far the best Quality / Price mix at the 5 star level in Lima.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Very comfortable room and beds! We were sick for a couple of days so we were very glad to be staying here. Breakfast is awesome! Very friendly staff! Location is great! Highly recommend!

The rooftop pool and the breakfast

That the pool was closed one of the days we were there and it closes at 5 pm. Also a bit of a party spot. Also we weren’t given the right number of towels and glasses and cups for 3 guests.

The bed was super comfortable - I especially loved the super large pillows. The staff was incredible and their service was outstanding. The breakfast was really, really good - totally worth the additional cost. The elevators were fast. The location was great. The prices of cocktails and the restaurant were totally reasonable and comparable to other nice restaurants and experiences in Lima - as a resident of Lima, I can attest to that.

Calling it a "sea view" room I guess is technically correct - you CAN see a sliver of the ocean from the room. But it's more marketing than it is sea view. I liked the pool BUT it's small and it closes at 5pm, which is way too early. They close it so early so that the public (people who aren't hotel guests) can come and spend money at the rooftop bar from 5pm onward. This would be a way better experience if the whole place was kept to hotel guests only (and not close the pool so early). The tv is from chrome cast only - so you have to have netflix or other such things on your phone already - to cast it to the tv. That's a bit inconvenient.

We liked everything!

Great hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Ate dinner upstairs at Kimo (spectacular) and also in the rooftop bar, which is lively and fun. Jhon is good and welcoming bartender. Enjoyed pisco ritual with Harold (the bar manager). Highly recommend it. Easy and safe walking to restaurants, bus transportation, the Malecón, Barranco. The Metropolitano to downtown Lima is efficient and it’s a short walk to station from the hotel. We paid extra for seaview room and stayed five nights! Wonderful.

Hotel was very nice and had a lively roof top bar, nice coffee bar and restaurant.

I personally don’t like when bathrooms don’t have a door & not enough counter space. I stayed at 4 other hotels during this trip and every single one had a couple water bottles for you. Here you had to buy your own and refill it at their water stations. And the very first thing that was off putting was when we tried to check in at 2:55 and they the room wasn’t ready and check in technically wasn’t until 3. They did give us two complimentary drinks at roof top bar but we didn’t use them as it was too loud for us.

Beautiful room well appointed, very comfortable beds and incredible view!! Mainly the staff was exquisite incredibly helpful one gentleman went out of his way to get me a hair appointment! Just five stars all the way!!

You're unable to enjoy the view of upstairs if you stay on the weekend unless you like house music;)

It was gorgeous with great amenities. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.

Excellent wide variety of breakfast options (definitely worth paying extra for). There are 2 restaurants in the building and a rooftop bar/restaurants. Their food and drinks were excellent! This hotel is a short walk to the center of Miraflores as well as the coastal parks. Perfect for tourist stays.

Loved the spacious rooftop deck with lounge seating and infinity pool. The on site spa was also incredible! I paid for a massage and facial, which were both very relaxing.

The location is great. Rooftop bar also very good with a nice vibe, music and food.

Shower hot water was not that hot. I was given a room in the 3rd floor looking to an internal wall. Room was dark. For the price paid and the numbers of nights, I was expecting better room to be assigned.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop bar and pool very nice.

The bathroom is completely open, that is a bit annoying for a family of 4. We should be able to close it if needed.

Location is fantastic, and service was stellar. Enzo in particular (the Bellhop/concierge) was incredible. Fantastic service, attention to detail and very personable.

The value, for the size of property, could be better. Pricing is not competitive with the Intercontinental, for example.

They tried to charge me in advance 3 times, despite the booking was to pay at property upon arrival. They were really anxious to get paid.

The bed was comfortable

Staff is nice, but don't seem to be trained for the quality service the hotel sells. Spa staff sang and rehearsed dance while I was getting treatment, very loud. After a massage they rushed me out, not giving me 2 minutes before asking me to get up and leave. We found hairs in the food. The coffee maker was dirty. When I put the no disturb sign they kept knocking on the door. When they made the room, left bed linens wet (they said they spray it with something, but it was very wet)
