Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of the beach district of Miraflores

The website made it look like an average property. It was anything but. Breakfast was exceptional!

Great location. Very nice property. Excellent breakfast.

Upscale hotel, modern interior, and good service. You see a more international crowd, and prices reflect that.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, modern and luxurious. One of the employees Andres was great with great personality and charisma . He made my trip a lot of fun. Definitely I will come back next year ??

I wish the bathroom has a door. Gel & champú & body lotion a little too far from the shower so when you have to get soap gets cold .Need a magnifier mirror, I was surprised that the room did not have one .At the restaurant serves need to offer water ? ? yo the guests . I had ti go to the bar while dining to get a glass of water . Rooftop Bar AMBRA needed more heaters. Kind of cold in July .

Exceptional breakfastStyle and size of the room

We were give a room just below the rooftop bar. Loud sound until late in the morning. Get sure to receive a room on another floor.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was really great!

Located 2 blocks from the ocean with great views from the roof top bar and pool.

Roof top bar is beautiful but they close the bar at 7:00pm

Well located and new property in Miraflores, perfect to explore Lima. Comfortable rooms

The rooftop pool and facilities are exceptional and definitely a worthwhile. The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, one of the best I’ve ever encountered

At breakfast I ordered a coffee off two different staff members and waited 30minutes before giving up on the cause and going to the bar to get one myself

Fantastic hotel, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Beds were so comfortable too. Also in a great location

The beds were super soft for me, I needed a firmer bed for a better sleep.For a 5 star hotel I think rooms could be more elegant, but still they were nice, roomy and comfortable.Everything was super! The rooftop and pool are great and appealing! The gym is very equipped.

All show, no substance. Curt check-in, no information offered. Room smelled stale, coffee creamer had solidified in its sache. Breakfast was overpriced. 'Seasonal fruit' a joke, the muesli / granola the cheapest quality. Coffee was good, as was the very hardworking solo staff member at the door and same member waiting for tables. For this room rate, rip off. For half the price, only OK.

the shower is terrible - water starts boiling hot for 5 minutes doesn’t matter what you do. nowhere to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. the coffee at breakfast is terrible. the rooftop bar was closed for a private party the night we were there. we were charged 10% extra that weren’t anywhere on booking.

Friendly staff, had lovely local musicians playing the night we arrived at the restaurant. It is very close walking distance to a big outdoor mall and to the seaside with a nice coastal view.

All staff was very helpful, the room was excellent and so was the location. The breakfast had variety and everything was very tasty.

The hotel was clean, well located, and had great amenities. The staff were attentive and kind, and very efficient. I enjoyed staying at the Pullman!

Very good hotel, nice lobby and very helpful reception. Good location in safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. No problem to order freshly made eggs. Rooftop bar with pool and lovely view. We had a nice stay.
