El Pardo Lima - A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

The front desk and all staff in general were very nice (very important thing) and the location of the hotel is great

for me the rooms were like dark, the lights of the rooms were like something missing like not enought but not very concerning

Great place and well located. The fitness room was good, breakfast was also good.

My room and bed were so comfy just like home.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Location, facilities, restaurants, large room and bathroom plus excellent staff.Breakfast and service was exceptional. Food quality and variety was excellent, coffees were delicious. Our daily waiter, I believe his name was Angel, was so professional! The parking garage so convenient. Will definite stay there every time we will visit Lima.

A little old. Design is almost too “clean”. Doesn’t feel like a Peru vibe. Location was just ok. Not great not bad.

Great breakfast and excellent Gym, the location is very good near to many restaurantes, and many places in Miraflores. The staff was very kind. But I have to say that the gym is very complete, they have a trainer there. In general a good experience.

Internet was not as good as I would like

Great and central location, close to restaurants and transportation. Amazing gym. The room was clean and at a high standard.

The room was a bit small for 4 people.

The location was surrounded by everything we needed (restaurants, sights, visitor information center, and laundry services). The location also allowed for us to reach all the main areas of town quickly to take advantage of our stay in Lima. The hotel also had gorgeous facilities with a breathtaking view from the pool, a gym with all the necessary equipment, and delicious restaurants. The staff was super helpful and kind.

The place was near great shops and restaurants

The sauna was not available, the room have electric problems.

Really nice facilities and comfortable rooms. Pool was lovely. My safe in my room didn’t work properly but within 30 minutes it was replaced and fixed thanks to attentive staff. 100% would come again.

Excellent buffet breakfast, hotel restaurants were also good in the evening. Great location in Miraflores. We stayed twice- at either end of a Peru trip - would happily stay again.

Sound proofing was not great.

Old and run down rooms. Poor service, low quality breakfast and coffee.

The location is very good, the staff is nice and the breakfast is okay.

The swimming pool is very small and disappointing. The fan in the room can’t be turned off and it’s INSANELY loud 24/7. The water in the shower comes out yellow first before it gets clear and ready to use…

I loved that the room was so spacious and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. We didn't do the breakfast but enjoyed welcome drinks at one of the bars. It was a nice and spacious hotel. My husband thought that the gym was nice.

I was recommended to stay in Miraflores but it took forever to get to/from downtown and the airport because of traffic and road work. I think I would prefer to stay in downtown.
