The staff and the restaurant were great, they were kind and helpfull. The location was good, because have a supermarket and a lot of restaurants.

Well the TV doesnt have HD Channels, the wifi was hard to login, and there wasn't coffe machine in the room that was a shock for me. Normally I tried coffe many times at they and in the night o early morning, there wasn't a clear option for getting coffee, for me was very uncomfortable. The gym was poorly, just 1 running machine, come on!

Nothing important. The Location in case of tourist interests is not the best, but the hotel is in a centric location to go city center or Miraflores as it is near 2 important big avenues. So it worth it.

Very nice hotel with a lovely staff.Is fantastic for short stays.

The only thing is a little bite far away from the City Centre

The hotel was as advertised. It was clean, the shower had hot water and pressure,the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk alone at night as a female traveler. Also it's within walking distance of a mall and convenient store.

The bathroom did not have body soap or wash cloth, and the sink faucet kept spilling water every time you used it. Also, if you are booking tours, some will not pick up in that area most pick up areas are in Miraflores.

The location was great, the room and hotel very comfortable, great value in general!

Patty at the front desk did everything she could to charge us more than necessary! She was quite hostile, withheld information and was clearly unhappy to be working at costumer service. She was the only downside of our stay!

Everything but espacially the comfy room and a wonderful bed

Check in was really long (probably about 45 minutes wait) but they did their best and it was a busy day

Close to the office I was visiting, a number of simple restaurants close by.

The hotel has nice decor. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good, the menu changes daily.

The bed, shower, food, staff and location. I will be back.

Liked everything

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant. It's functional and very well located for business travel to the financial district of Lima.

The room's desk chair was extremely uncomfortable. Very scarce wardrobe space for medium to long stays like mine. There was road construction while I was there - no fault of the property, but still...

Convenient to clients office. Neighbourhood was secure enough

Great wifi/internet speeds, small but very functional rooms, lots of services around the hotel.

My room didnt have AC. They told me that only some of the rooms had cooling AC and that the rest only had heating AC. Also, the bathroom had details: the WC lid didn’t stay in place, and the shampoo/soap combination was very cheap.

The room was just the right size and has blackout curtains, with the room being extremely quiet

Had a problem with the air-conditioning unit leaking water on the wall and floor once it turned on. The hotel managed to sort it in a couple of hours

Accessible to my office and easy walking route. Surrounded by eateries and popular shopping centers which made it easy to get groceries and supplies. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Gym was very clean and well maintained and great breakfast options.

There is no complimentary water given and the water that is sold in the hotel is quite expensive. I arrived at 1am thirsty and had to go down to purchase water. This is a 4 star hotel, this is a minimum requirement.The shared ironing facilities are great but should look at adding another one to avoid queues.

We booked a double bed but since they were overbooked in that category, we were given a twin room.

Excellent value and super modern and clean. For a budget hotel, this is a great option when in Lima. The breakfast was great too.

Location. It’s not the best side of San Isidro. But not a bad location.
