The location was excellent. The rooms are super clean and beautiful. The breakfast delicious and the staff were friendly.

Everything was great! The room was clean, luxurious, and spacious. The room layout was nice. The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I like their rooftop bar and pool. As well their location to restaurants and entertainment is excellent.

Their double beds are too small.

Disappointed

We booked a room for three adults (and I want to stress that it was clearly for three adults, not two adults and a child) via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room only had a queen-sized bed and that it was not possible to add an extra single bed.We spent quite some time trying to explain the issue, but the reception staff insisted that it was acceptable for three adults to share one queen bed. They did not seem to understand the concern, and when we asked if it was common for three adults to be accommodated this way, they even admitted that it was not.We were honestly left speechless. No alternative was offered—not even the suggestion of booking an additional room. We had to ask twice ourselves if it was possible to add a second room (at our expense) just to resolve the situation.We were quite disappointed by the level of customer service, especially considering this is a 4-star property and part of the Hilton chain. This experience fell far below the standards we expected.

Booked for 3-4 hours to stay between flights. Huge check in desk queue meant we got only 2 hours to rest. Staff not apologetic or welcoming unfortunately. Hotel looked great and seemed to have good facilities but we could not use given the time

Great location with good connectivity and restaurants near by. The beach is at walkable distance. Staff is extremely helpful

Extremely comfortable rooms, beautiful views, quiet and it has all you might need for a perfect sleep.

The staff could be clearer explaining the fees not included in Booking.

The property is right next to the main shops and park in Miraflores. The room is spacious, with good upkeep and accessories. There are multiple charging points, good showers and a comfy bed.The pool is small and the gym has sufficient machines for a workout.

The bed can be slightly larger.

Couldn't find a telephone number for them. Only way could contact them was thru chat. Even I gave them plenty of warning they wouldn't let me cancel. Now I have to have their charges charged back. I never stayed.

Breakfast was perfect. Everyone was really nice.They all speak english, or try their best to understand you.If I come back to Lima, I will stay there again.

Awful due to the above

They failed to refund my deposit of £500 and 4 weeks later I have still not had my money back,

The location was great, as it is in the center of miraflores. The place was ok, had a nice view of the surroundings.

I booked this room because it said it had a bathtub. When I arrived, there was no bathroom. When I informed the person at the desk, he told me that that was a mistake, and that was it. There were two reason I decided to pay the overprice of this place: The view and the bathtub. It was really bad they had misinformation on their booking page, and that on top of that they did nothing to accomodate what they advertised.

Great staff, very clean room and facilities, great rooftop bar and pool

Pool was unusable. We were told it was heated but it was too cold to use.
