Del Pilar Miraflores Hotel

Everything was clean and in the right spot. The location was perfect because almost the most important places were close to the hotel.

The wifi was very slow. Sometimes not at all.

The restaurant is very nice and the staff are fantastic. The food was very tasty. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there because of the service and food. In addition, the panoramic window view of the park is a nice plus.

The staff at reception were not very friendly. In addition, they gossiped about me to the tour guide who picked me up.

The location is the only thing that stands out for this property. Right in the centre of the district amid all the activity.

The breakfast was extremely poor in terms of choices as well as items available. Inspite of repeated requests for more options nothing was done. The attitude was as if they are doing a favour by providing breakfast.The elevator was in extremely poor shape and would jerk to a stop EVERY time.The room was extremely small and not well made.There were noises from the floor above which was quite disturbing.

Very convenient location in the center of Miraflores. The hotel looks fancy and it made me very comfortable. The bed was comfortable , the bathroom was clean, the ac was easy to use. The staff is very friendly.

The water pressure for the shower could be better.

It took a long time for the water to heat up. Sometimes it wasn't even very warm at all.The heater on the wall took a while to figure out. The breakfast was basic. Eggs, cheese, ham.

Very nice business hotel about a block from the Parque Kennedy tourist area that is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Internet was rock-solid and fast, perfect a business users. Both English and Français customer service.

Arranged for a taxi to the airport at 4am on Sunday, but it arrived at 4am on Saturday. Whoops, but at least we got it straight and it arrived (again) the next morning for a quick hop to the airport.

The location is good, close to touristy areas and feels safe

The balcony is large, but the glass doors to the balcony allow all the street noise into the room, and there is a bit of it, all night long. Balcony is really not worth it. I would have preferred a room without direct access to the outside

Conveniently located steps away from Kennedy Park, restaurants and shopping at safe Miraflores. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the staff super accommodating. Management was proactive after a tiny issue we had the first night. I would recommend to anybody and we will be back! Thank you!

Staff very friendly and attentive. Our housekeepers where woundeful and very attentive.

Breakfast was the same everyday no variation it would have been nice to have more variety of food during our stay.

Be ready for unjustified additional charges

I had been there before and enjoyed it. But this time was different. The waiter was not listening to me. In the middle of the order he gets a call on his phone and goes off to talk. I was giving an order! If it is not absolutely vital don't do itI was sound sleep they bang on my door because there is water. All taps were off. They tried to blame me for overflowing the tub. But the tube was around half full. It has an emergency outlet to prevent overflow. But they still tried to blame me. ˇhey wanted 250$. Why do they act this way?

The location.

It smells like a stink because there is carpet in the rooms. There is a building construction opposite the hotel, there is noise at 6 in the morning. There is a bar right behind the hotel and there is loud music until late at night. Also, if you want to buy something, it is 3 times more expensive than outside prices. Please do not go to this hotel.

Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Hotel is well located in the center of Miraflores. I can recommend this stay for all the travellers visiting Peru.

The breakfast options are quite limited. The bathrooms are functional although they require some renovation. During our second stay there was a construction outside right next to the building so it can be loud.
