Location, breakfast.

Rooms and bathrooms needs an update.

Excellent food and variety for breakfast. For the room, the only thing I did not like was that it had a door to communicate with another room, and I could hear all the activity in the other room. And it has a perfect location for transportation or having food outside the hotel.

Just in case you have doors to interconnect rooms, please make sure you put a thick door so we can't hear what is happening on the other side, and vice versa. Besides that, everything was great. Loved my stay.

The botones Giancarlo was extremely helpful and the hotel staff was very friendly.

I couldn't use the stairs but that's one of my issues with avoiding elevators. Even with it, they were very understanding and accompanied me in the elevator.

Located in the safe financial district and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Latin America.

Stepping over the bath into the shower. Also one day our towels were replaced but one of the new ones was dirty.

Staff was very nice and responsive, and breakfast was delicious. The lobby is welcoming and conducive to meeting up with people or hanging out alone. I changed my reservation from a Superior to Deluxe room, which got me a Nespresso machine and bottled water. (My colleague kept her Superior room, which provided neither.) Granted, I had to have the Nespresso replaced twice because it didn't work.

As with most hotels, the lighting in the rooms could be improved. A light inside or in front of the closet would be especially helpful.

Breakfast for a vegetarian like me was great. Many options. Great cappuccinos on request. Service from the server at the back half of the room was incredible. Attentive and fast. I didnt have a kettle in my room but one was brought on request.

Maybe having a tea/coffee station in the room and more bottled water. I did get water on request though but bought myself water from the store across the room

The property was comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive and professional. We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts, found the restaurant very good and appreciated the midday check outI also made use of the excellent gym.

I always stay in Pullmann San Isidro, 3 or 4 times a year, and everything is always fine. Excellent staff and facilities and location.

Everything is perfect.

Good size, clean room looking out to the pool. The window could be open which is always good. Very comfortable with all the basics. Breakfasts were great but expensive and not included.

We had booked the hotel for a weekend break away from the kids and to get some peace and quiet after what has been a very stressful time for us. We booked it because of the sense of luxury we are used to from pullman and for the pool and the fact that it is in San Isidro, so we thought quiet. We were disappointed on a number of levels: 1. Almost no sun on the pool at any point in the day. 2 Noisy children at the pool not controlled by their parents - we felt it was noisy and disruptive enough for jotel staff to say something to them / ask them to be less disruptive, but no one did. 3 incredibly noisy music / talking (with microphone) coming from a party nearby for the entire afternoon- making us feel we were at some kind if cheap holiday resort and preventing us from being able to relax. Although the pictures looked good, in realityThe rooms did not exude the kind of luxury we have been used to from the Pullman we have stayed at in miraflores. We had assumed that the difference in price was mainly due to the location but there is also a significant difference in quality of the rooms and furnishings. In fact the rooms felt little better than Ibis we have stayed at in Lima for half the price we paid here - so very poor value for money. The staff were overall very good and accommodating and did offer us an upgrade however with the noise from the party all afternoon and the fact that the pool was unusable mainly due to the sun issue meant that this did not really solve the overall disappointment we experienced.

Although Pullman was rated as a 5* hotel, it is definitely not more than a 4* hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but rather basic for a 5* hotel. There were no bathrobes, no kettle with coffee and teabags, and no bedroom slippers, which I normally get from 5* hotels, even 4* hotels. I, however, appreciate that the staff at reception and bar were friendly and helpful.
