The staff was very friendly and the meals were delicious

When I reserved trough booking the breakfast was included with an extra charge but if you go as a walking the breakfast is included

Everything it s was a very nice room very huge, with all the accomodation you need to stay, the sauna and the jacuzzi is really nice to use.

Bad surprise I had to pay more at my arrival

The location. Also. seems there was a mixup in advertising with booking.com, the breakfast was listed as included, however it was not. The area of Lince is not a prime area, next to red light district, it is central , however, the staff advised me where to walk. It is a 3 star hotel. This would then align with expectations. I used uber and the hotel staff is exceptional. Great Team.i am rating low due to location and booking .com not making it clear the location it was a low price, but I could have gone to Miraflores for a little more..There was a party with loud music all night from 8 pm to 5am next morning. Seems there are no noise laws in Peru. This hotel hosts lots private events and parties.

It’s in a safe area. Staff is friendly and attentative. Very clean. Has a restarant and bar in the Hotel.

Really I liked everything. The only thing I could propably complain about it that furniture and utilities in the room are old.

Bed was extremely comfy

Staff not aware that Lima airport do not stamp passports. Threatened with paying an extra 18%tax even though showed incoming flight details for when first entered Peru. All this happened and delayed checking in to the room at 00:30. Not what you need after a late flight! Breakfast is basic at best.

the lighting in the roomthe room itself: first i was given a noisy room facing the central AC, then changed to a room next to the gas tank.

Discreet charm, full services and comfort in the heart of Lima. Excellent staff service, a good restaurant for any meal, as well as the ample breakfast included. This was just what we needed after a long flight. We were also able to walk along the shady boulevard for exercise, just one block away.

Too bad this gem is hidden between gaudy casinos.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful carvings in the doors and furniture. The bed was comfy enough to rest in and extra blankets were available in the closet for keeping warm at night (no heat). The shower had plenty of warm water, which I really appreciated given the cold room.

The breakfast was a bit scant. Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese served with bread and fresh fruit juice. Otherwise no complaints.

We appreciated a nice big suite for this price. Breakfast was limited bit ok, and personnel was kind and ready to help.

We suffered from cold in the room.Kitchenette was not equipped at all to do anything useful.Smaller point : it was not possible to make the room adequately dark for the night.

Hot shower (rare in peru), great pressure, clean linens, quiet surroundings, english speaking reception, good breakfast.

High markup exchange rate (10%) if you pay in soles (PEN), paying in dollars or card is preferable.

Spacious room, helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, though the portion size was small and I had to insist on receiving more food

For some people the location may be a bit noisy, being at a busy intersection and opposite a casino

They allowed me to checkout later, the bathroom was new and nice.

It was cold, it was hard to communicate with staff, no vegetarian options in the menu, it's far from the airport.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The stylish and comfortable rooms were great.

I expected free airport shuttle. I would have liked breakfast, or at least coffee offered earlier then 7 a.m.
