Clean very different

While I appreciate the efforts to renovate the building, I found the rooms to be quite small and uncomfortable. The structure feels very old despite the recent updates, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I believe that more modern accommodations at a similar price point offer greater comfort and convenience.I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the guest experience in the future.Thank you for your attentio

First time - nice room and nice staff- breakfast was goodBut for international travelers we need another option to check in and check out- planes get into Lima until midnight and get out same time so we need to have other options to hours to check in and check out

The hotel suited my needs on this occasion. It was functional, clean, and not overly personal. Room and breakfast were good, and it was close to where I needed to be.

I was a little put out when, on the first morning, I was blocked from my room and had to go to reception to get my keycard reprogrammed. It turns out that it was blocked deliberately, because housekeeping had reported a broken lamp in the room, and I was told I had to pay $160 for it! As I'd only arrived late the night before, and certainly hadn't broken anything, I obviously refused and the matter was dropped, but not exactly welcoming. Also, be aware that there are no USB charging facilities in the rooms, and the bar is a trendy cocktail bar with very low lighting and very high prices.

For the same price, you are better off with Andina Premium San Isidro for example…

BTH hotel Lima is as aging hotel: the bathtub, the mattress - all show their age.The room’s windows are simple glass with space between them. You can hear the road noise even on the 7th floor.The room’s door is not much better in blocking the corridor’s noise.I had to clean the filthy a/c filter and neither was the bathroom fan clean for ages.No much around the hotel of anything and it’s a little far from any center.Breakfast in the dark dining room was so so - not up to par for a 4 stars hotel.

Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The in-room sauna. The breakfast was outstanding. Finally a hotel that does not serve beans and bacon for breakfast.

I'd like to have the one bottle of water replenish when they clean the room. An electric plug socket near the desk. Some USB ports for those that forgot bringing a charger or plug adapter.All these things are small suggestions, but that I have found in other hotels.The n-room sauna is not hot enough.

Rooms are not soundproof. You hear everything that happens in the hallway.

The design, the location and the staff. Everything as expected and better. Since we arrived they treated me great. Over all I was happy with everything.

Breakfast could start at 6 AM and offer more sugar-free and lactose-free food options, such as plant-based milk, oatmeal, and lactose-free yogurt.

The new design of the hotel looks good in pictures vi they missed 70% of its purpose. The new raw concrete finish looks nice but they did not compensated for the acoustics allowing no noise reduction; could not sleep due to the fact that the tiniest noise like caugh ding done by a guest in its room in the opposite way of the hallway sounded in my ear even hear knocking on my door and was 8 room away but sounded in my door. Terrible!!!!The bathroom they sink made to wide for the cow the photo crunched the toilet to a corner with wall on from and was impossible to sit. Won’t fit my legs had to sit in 45 degrees making this the worst bathroom experience.Ergonomics went with the bad taste design ridiculous at points and mostly unpractical and being mostly a Bussiness stay hotel it is no longer good. Restaurant was taken down and there are no longer meeting rooms either

Pleasant

We were in seventh floor, but noise from streets was loud due only single layer of windows.

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and the the spa bath was great.

The location around is not very interesting
