    • Cleanliness Food
    • Beautiful room, perfectly clean. I was traveling as a single woman. I felt completely comfortable with help from staff when I needed it. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Lima!!!
    • The breakfast was the best. The pool was lovely tho cool...I burned in Nov sun. The staff helpful.

    Cons -

    • Somehow they messed up with the room that I booked originally and we ended up with twin beds instead of Queen or King size....still they were comfortable Even though they did offered a suite for the last night.......
    • Would have liked bottled water daily in room.
    • I was charged $40 for small floor damage caused by the poor quality of construction and defective materials. I found the charge onerous and totally unfair since they use the worst laminated flooring. In fact, what they use for flooring is not for hotels. I did not disputed the charge because I felt the process was some kind of black mailing or extorsion. I acknowledge that 60% of the staff were courteous and dilligent. However, the rest of the employees were trying to charge you for some type of hidden fee. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. There is constant noice due to repair and construction.

Location was great and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The WiFi connection could be better.

The property is in a good location and it is relatively clean. They were helpful and did things like storing our luggage and offering good advice.

The property is dated and lacks a lot of basic amenities, and the breakfast is quite basic too. Just bare that in mind when booking.

Great experience. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Amenities were all there. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Check-in and check-out process were straightforward. The pool deck was also nice; a bit small but found it amazing to pass some time.

I found it confusing to differentiate between what the hotel calls a suite or a double/simple room. On Booking, the option of suite doesn't seem to be available or not mentioned properly (if you want a jacuzzi - on top of a standard bathroom bathtub - in the room, you have to get this option). On their website, it is mentioned properly. Luckily, it seems that when I got there, I was automatically upgraded to a suite which is either normal or just a nice courteous surprise from the hotel.

Great staff, always helpful. Walkable distance from Larcomer and possible to reach the city centre by taxi.

Very well located hotel, nice spacious room, jacuzzi and great breakfast!

Building next to the hotel was doing a construction work so they started to make noise at 8 am. Window from our room were facing the wall from that building

Location, staff and breakfast buffet were all excellent!

It was a good breakfast and with some variety added every morning so that was very nice.

I let them know I was turning 50 while staying there and they said they had something special for me but nothing happened. They were supposed to leave something in the room but I didn't follow up when they didn't.

Cozy, clean in goof location of Miraflores

    8Jen O.Posted on: 10-23-2025

The location was great. Decent breakfast, comfortable bed.

The bathtub drain was extremely slow and filled up while we took a shower.

Very helpful staff, amazing continental breakfast!!!! The small rooftop pool looks great, but it was too cold to swim. We all slept really well here.

Had some trouble adjusting the water temperature in the shower. Either too hot or too cold.

Location was fine and next to local restaurantsThe Bar was kind of classic it was good

The TV was regular , reception was too small, some of the staff wasn’t helpful , we didn’t have a king size bed , bad signs we didn’t find the Gym

Good location, nice clean room with comfortable bed.

Airco didn’t work because of the winter time but it was very warm in the hotel room. They got us a ventilator. Refrigerator was making a lot of noise, we had to unplug it before going to sleep.

    10IvoPosted on: 7-30-2025

The big room, suite, with the big jacuzzi, wonderfull!

Sometimes with showering the water was sometimes a little cold, but I noticed it is normal in Peru!

Perfect location in Miraflores. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was abundant and delicious.

You can not manage the air conditioning. I tried to turn it on and it was only hot air. They told me that because of the season it was only hot air. But I wanted to sleep in a colder room and I couldn’t. Wifi was slow and unstable.

    10ColleenPosted on: 7-19-2025

Breakfast very nice!Lovely and inviting lobby. Good food in restaurant.

Lots of noise from the street, but that’s to be expected.

    8AliPosted on: 7-10-2025

The rooms were a bit older but well maintained and very clean and the location was a short walk to Kennedy park or miraflores main area
