This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. Group Policy: For group bookings of five (5) or more rooms, a prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. - I had come to rest after a long flight to get ready to fly again in the evening and there was a lot of loud construction going on all day. The elevator was old, jerky and noisy.

The location
We stayed here before, the staff is not very friendly. Not very nice, except for the girl who helped us in the early morning to take down the luggage.The bathroom of the room had one of the dispensers defective and the toilet lid was loose.
Our stay was very nice and we recommend it. Breakfast was well served and Esperanza was very kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome. It stands in a very good location, there is a supermarket and restaurants across the street.
Friendly staff. Jesus also spoke French and gave good recommendations.
A bit far from Parque Kennedy
The elevator wasn’t working and I had to bring my suitcases down from the fifth floor by hand. Unfortunately for me, I had 2×23 KG suitcases.The soap dispenser in the shower was filled with soap twice in both times it just completely emptied itself out onto the shower so one day I didn’t have soap. Other than these two experiences that Hotel is in a good location, the staff, friendly, and it is clean. This may have just been a one off.
I appreciate the convenient location near the Malecón in Miraflores, with everything within walking distance.
I wasn't particularly satisfied with the service. I believe the front desk staff could be more attentive and welcoming to guests.
Disappointing
The breakfast was cold, the rice was undercooked, I am from Peru but I do not live in Peru and they charged me taxes even though I sent them my European ID, a few days before I stayed at the Marriott in Miraflores and I did not pay taxes, they did accept my ID, the girl at the reception in the morning was not friendly, the girl at the reception at night was very friendly, everything was clean.

it went from a decent 3 stars hotel to a budget 1 star after the renovation.
Everything was good except when they gave me my previous room is was stinking, which mean I have to request a new room , other one that all was good !!

The location was great and good price. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Pillows on the bed were horrible and the floors in the hallway were sticky.

My booking specified 2 adults to a room which was paid for but when we got there they made me pay again to the second adult. 2 rooms were paid for when booked but again they made me pay for the room again. The lifts werent working, luckily we only had to carry our heavy bags 2 levels

The breakfast is good, I was impressed by the variety and quality of the offering. The buffet included a wide range of fresh fruits, pastries, and breads, the coffe was rich there was a machine with coffee beans.
