Casa Andina Premium Miraflores

The room was spacious for my wife and I along with our 2 kids.Staff were extremely courteous and very professional.Location was excellent and safe.A 10 min walk to the beach.The breakfast was excellet,and the pool was great.I would recommend to anyone!

Having to leave Casa Andinas 85 degree weather,and return to 30 degree snowy Wisconsin!!!Thank you Casa Andina staff for your hospitality and all your help! You have a wonderful country and great hotel!

the staff was impressive, the food was fabulous, we loved the breakfast options, we ate dinner there several times, the rooms were clean and well maintained. this was a very nice hotel. we had no complaints.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We got good massages at the spa.

We needed to help to understand how to use the elevator and had to also call a staff member to help us understand the lighting in our room. It would have been helpful if we had been told about the lighting and how to use the in-house telephone when we checked in. Both used technology that we were unfamiliar with.

Mostly everything. Except the rooms.

The rooms were to close to each other. Not enough space which mean not enough privacy. Also the room are too small. For the price been charge.

The hotel is convenient located in walking distance from sightseeing areas, restaurants and shopping malls.

Location and breakfast

The room was old and outdated especially the bathroom. They also wouldn't give us a cot for a room so one of my children slept on the floor. The rug was pretty dirty and old too.

Gorgeous rooms and super supportive staff

I was hoping to have a view of the ocean. Did not.

The rooms were grand, comfortable, spacious, luxurious, and great view. The bed was super comfortable. A great view of the city at night. The restaurant was super nice and the food was delicious. The gym was pretty good and had a nice selection of equipment The bar was elegant and suitable for the environment the hotel was portraying.

Can not honestly think of anything that I did not like here.

The food is great and the location in the heart of Miraflores, very close to the Kennedy Park

Service on the restaurant could improve . Sometimes there were no plates available during breakfast.

Location and breakfast were amazing. Friendly and professional staff. Quick check-in and near grocery stores, restaurants and even a laundry place.

Sauna wasn’t hot. Kids were running around Spa & Gym area. Signs were posted for guests to be respectful of others but Spa staff ignored kids using the spa area as a playground. Card Reader in elevator malfunctioned a few times, maybe an upgrade to Fobs/Chips would be good.

The hotel is very comfortable, our room was big with all what we needed. The breakfast has a variety of local and international dishes so you can choose. Definitely will come back.

Comfortable and clean. Convenient location.

We arrived late due to delayed flight and even though hotel aware that we had a 12 year old with us they had not prepared his bed and we had to wait quite awhile at 1 am in the morning for the bed to arrive and be made. Hotel is nice but not of the calibre that would warrant five stars. Some things a bit old and not nice (ie shower).
