Nobility Grand Hotel

The hotel has a great location, the staff are very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

But the place could use some maintenance—during my stay the pool wasn’t working and only the treadmill was usable in the gym, so the facilities felt limited. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements to the amenities would make a big difference.

I liked the bedrooms and breakfast offered by the hotel.

I think cleanliness can be improved. I looked like the carpets in the rooms were never vaccumed and the towels were old or torn.

Excellent value. Large suite; extremely hot water for the jacuzzi which worked great; and a very good breakfast.

The staff at front desk a man .. terrible and very unfriendly.Shower leaks onto bathroom floor very dangerous.No Netflix or other extra movies services . Breakfast was very basic . General feel of hotel was not well managed and staff were not happy about their work laced with. Construction was next to our room so was very noisy. The should hire somebody with experience with running a hotel.

Breakfast

We had reserved a room with 3 queen beds. We were a couple (2 people). We did not have time for breakfast and didn't want it. Still they charged us $40 extra, because on booking it said for 1 person! If you have booked a room that can sleep 6 why should you pay extra? Especially that prices for reservation on that date was $50 less than what we had paid with early booking. Towels were old and fallin apart. They gave us a room right over 3 noisy air-conditioning machines ?

Great location, huge room, really friendly and attentive staff.

the bed was really comfortable

I asked for a upper level room with ocean view and didn't see the ocean but was right on a big intersection o the room was so loud all day long starting at 5 am IT also smelled badly, shower would suddenly turn super hot or super cold. I asked for breakfast to go as I was leavin g at 4 am but they didnt even got back to me. I paid for 4 breakfasts and only got one and when I asked for water bottles refurbbished in my room they made me pay

the breakfast was good with a good variety from day to day.

being from southern United States our breakfast is a little different with grits or hashbrowns as the starch.

The room was really big, the bed super comfortable, good breakfast.

The room was not that clean, we found some things on the carpet at check in. The towels are a bit old and torn, not looking too good. The fridge had no freezer door, so our beverages froze and we had some incidents with the frozen bottles. Not everyone speaks English in there.

Early check-in was possible.

It says it’s a 4-star hotel, but in reality is 3-star.I was away the whole day and the room was not cleaned…Then, at 20:30 in the evening someone knocked on the door for cleaning…

Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location good. Our room was big and the bed was very big and nice. Everything was clean. Only thing was the gym does not have a lot of equipment, besides that everything was very good.

Breakfast was ok. Options were varied a little but same fruits and mains every day. All food lacked flavour, even salt and pepper ( it should not be on the table)

Very nice hotel, room is pretty large, comfortable, facility is excellent. breakfast is excellent. Can't ask for more.

The pool

Communication with the hotel was excellent and we really appreciated the efficient pick-up service they offered from the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel we were disappointed when we were given a room with such a tiny window that it was extremely claustrophobic. However, the receptionist was very helpful and immediately offered alternatives. We were happy to pay a small amount extra to be upgraded to a far superior room with views over the Huaca Pyramid. The breakfast was outstanding with choices to suit everyone and freshly cooked eggs if wanted!

I liked how close it was to the main town.

The water from the sink has an unpleasant odor, and I'm not sure what’s causing it. I encountered several staff members during my stay, but only one was friendly, and they work overnight. The others seemed to lack any understanding of customer service or hospitality.

Great Location in miraflores with one of the best chinese food restaurants in Peru.2 blocks away from the huaca pucllana restaurant one of the best typical peruvian resturants inside the iconic archeaological place.

Rooms could be more comfortable.

Staff extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Excellent value. Nice, safe location. Would definitely stay again. Very comfy beds.

Could have done with a bit of sprucing up in room and dining room. Wi-fi a bit it haphazard.
