- Staff was extremely accommodating and very kind.
- I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb.

- Rooms were dated and had some aesthetic issues like exposed drywall, but they were fund.
- It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s
