Dirty, dingy, bad breakfast, unhelpful staff, and very weird “trap doors” into the walls in the bathroom. Very sketchy place.

A single cockroach in the bathroom on first check-in. The room does not resemble the pictures on Booking app. It’s a budget hotel and it shows.

The breakfast had nice variety and an attentive staff to keep the food table full and looking nice.

The room 207 the first room I had very small, noisy neighbors from the hostel next door and the room was next to the hotel staircase no noise isolation. The second room 204 was ample , bad desk to work and also noisy as it is facing the main syret. Some members of staff were not friendly at all.There are many options of lodging around so they can improve their service What they offer in booking in the room photo is not what you get

Breakfast was good, location was good and the room was comfortable for a family.

We really never had hot water in the shower; at best it was warm. The room had a nice big Jacuzzi tub that we wanted to use, the 'hot' water trickled at best warm. It would have taken hours to fill and been freezing. The staff came and checked, they indicated that they would work on it the next day... after a 4 night stay it didn't get better.

Spacious room with accommodating staff. Close (but long walks) to don't miss Miraflores sights. Clean, has a safe, mini frige, nice shower and tasty breakfast.

Missed having a well stocked mini mart nearby.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was great. everyone was so kind and welcoming. Jorge and everyone one at the reception desk were so nice to me. Jorge greated me when I arrived he was very polite. Jonathan did a great job cleaining my room... the ladies at the breakfast were very attentive. (didnt get all of their names) but everyone went above and beyond to take care of me. the service is better than a 5 star hotel

This hotel has a great location in Miraflores. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go and anywhere that was a bit father we could get an Uber for pretty cheap. The coastline is beautiful with great walking paths. Plenty of shops in the area and sights to see! The hotel was also very comfortable and modern, it had AC in the room which is nice in humid Lima. Bathroom was large and clean, beds were comfy (a little on the harder side but some people like that). Breakfast was great too. Coffee/tea is available 24/7. There is a mini fridge in the room as well so we were able to stock up on bottled water.

The only thing I can think that we would have taken advantage of was water bottles available at any time. There is a small pitcher down by the coffee and tea but with three of us traveling we would drain it right away so we opted to buy our own water the store. We would have bought them from the hotel instead if available.

The reception staff are super friendly and helpful.The breakfast area is beautifully decorated and has a wide variety of breakfast hot and cold food.

The Hostel next door playing loud music outside in pool area and it happens to be outside our room. It is 11"25 p.m.now.I tried to talk to them, but they will not respond.

You can’t drink the faucet water in Perú. There was no place to refill our bottles. We were 5 and they only provide a tiny pitcher in the lobby.
