the front desk assistant was fabulous. she helped me with several issues, including the tv in our room, booking a cab, directions to money exchange, offered more assistance for other potential issues. very polite and respectful.

out our window..terrible view, and LOTS of street noise. No tv access to any subscriptions..

Rude staff. Their own staff disturb the peace by slamming doors. Breakfast was just soggy eggs with nasty coffee. Pillows stink and beds were uncomfortable.

Everything was horrible. Racist staff. Rooms smell moldy and bathrooms also had mold everywhere. Never ever come to this place.

Staff wonderful and accomodating, left to change hotels w/pool- more money,,, returned back again!! My go to stay when i return in couple months!!! Staff makes all the difference!!

Location is good, close to Peruvian Market, good restaurants, not too far away from Mirafloes downtown

I paid $20 extra for early checking and my room has a bad smell, turn on the AC and was getting worst. The room was old, nothing like the pictures shows. Very disappointed, I had big expectations for this hotel. Kiddos for Christian-front desk- for being polite and nice and make arrangements to change me to another room, clean and newer.

Awesome location right near the Incan market and at the heart of Miraflores. We stayed in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. All clean, easy communication. All good!

We did not do breakfast. The location is good--close to Inca Market and Kennedy Park and not too far from Larco Mar. The two bedroom/bath apartment provided a comfortable place to relax as a family at the end and start of the day. Having a kitchenette allowed us to prepare food in compliance with 3 distinct sets of dietary needs.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago with an adult daughter. The 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment was great. We thought we would repeat the experience this year with our oldest son and his wife but were disappointed. The beds were not fully made when we arrived. there were dark stains in the grout in the shower which could have been mold, the drain ring around the bathroom sink looked like it had been clawed with vice grips, the remote control for the air conditioning units did not work, there were large gaps in the laminate flooring in the front room, the room blinds were not sufficient to keep out the light from exterior lighting, and work crews began construction before 7:00 am. There were no bowls for cereal in the kitchen. Bathroom towels were well-worn/frayed.

Shared areas were good, having an elevator is convenient and breakfast was good

The room wasn't very clean. The A/C remote control didn't work.

The facility was so nice and clean, the staff welcomed us warmly! They spoke very nice English. Also the breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed it!

The location was good. It was a good value and I enjoyed the breakfast.

I thought the room was very small. Just enough room for the beds. Not enough outlets for 3 beds. Bathroom was spacious but no hair dryer. Toilet seat didn’t seemed broken.

The location is excellent and the staff are fabulous. The breakfast was okay but we did experience much better in our hotel stays across Peru. For example, we arrived shortly after 7:00 and the eggs were already cold. But for an included breakfast it was adequate and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it!

The location was superb, close to absolutely everything. Even the local theater Marsano was 1 block down the street, a pharmacy was 2 blocks down the street, the souvenir stores is literally across the street. Breakfast was good, they kept the area very clean and they were on top of refilling what was needed. The staff was stellar, the lady who checked us in late at night was amazing, the guy in the morning was very nice, professional and polite. The gardener and the housekeeping personnel were amazing too.

The only thing was that there were no blankets, I get it was summer but in my case I had a stomach pain and I needed to cover myself with a blanket, which I could not find. Also, when I called to verify the address, the number listed kept saying "the number does not exist".

The centric location as well as their exceptional customer service. The included breakfast and reasonable cost per night were a great plus.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking around Miraflores.

Breakfast was good but not always out on time and we were on a strict schedule so we missed out on some offerings.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They called cabs when I needed one. Front desk, housecleaning and breakfast staff were all pleasant. The location was important for me also. It was close to places I needed to be for meetings and dining. Two restaurants less than two blocks away were fantastic for ceviche! It was a quiet room, also much appreciated.

I think the breakfast selection could be upgraded somewhat; it' pretty basic. Orange juice would be nice, and perhaps better selection of bread. They did cook eggs to order, and were efficient. But other than this, I have no complaints.

Kind/friendly/helpful staff. Cleanliness. Close to attractions/restaurants and services.
