Suites del Bosque Hotel

There ls nothing to like about the property. But I did like the location. Hotel itself is moderate and overpriced.No free breakfast, like most decent and up hotels

Old building, old rooms, they have old accessories they do not change or upgrade or fix their rooms.

Very good location next to olive park. Friendly and helpful staff. Big room, hot water 24/7. Big comfy bed, clean sheets and good pillows.

AC was broken. The overall condition of the hotel is pretty worn down. Cracks and moisture stains all over the room. Not very clean. My room was on third floor with bedroom windows to the street and windows aren't soundproof so I heard all of the traffic. No ceiling lights except entrance corridor. No hairdryer.

The hotel is very old don't fit 4 stars. Not decent restaurant or other facilities seems empty

The location is the only good thing about this place

The hotel is outdated and was not clean at all. There is a heavy smell of mold when you enter the room. The curtains were broken and full of mold, the toilet wasnt cleaned (we had to ask them to clean it), the shower curtain was dirty and full of mold. Avoid!!! I do not understand how this hotel has 4 stars. I am pretty sure there are better 1 star hotels than this one.

Great location and clean rooms

1. There were not enough lights in the room. The lounge in the room was dark. 2. The Aircon does not work properly. It is old and the controls are soggy.3. Not all people drink coffee, so a few tea bags would have been nice.4. The access card does not work properly. Every time I came from outside I had to go and get this sorted in the reception every time.

Big rooms

Breakfast was meagre and they ran out of butter one of the days. Rooms are from 1980s. Though clean but everything feels old and dated.

Really comfy, spacious, quiet for the area, great night's sleep!

It was difficult to communicate with the hotel by phone and chat.

Price, room size

Elevators dont work well, no room service, poor bkfast, access by car or cab is conplicated.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room very comfy and shower pressure firm.

Property is located in a nice central area, close to where I needed to be.

Cleanliness is certainly something they lack, from ceilings being with humidity and wall paint leftovers on the couch, dust on the room, below the bed, and in the glasses, they apparently painted the place but left it messy, the first room I was they had to change it after I complained, the areas on the bathroom were simply not up the standards, for the amount of money and how they advertise it I was expecting it better but being and old hotel does not excuse it to be dirty

Breakfast is fine but you have to walk acroos the street to their sister hotel - no fuss though.Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms I guess once the torubles in Peru over the hotel will be back in normal operations offering more in-house services

Elevator was really slow and stopped on floors that buttons were not pushed.

We reserved Suites del Bosque based on location in San Isidro and their pet friendly policy. The hotel is located next to Olivar Park and within walking distance to supermarkets. Our executive suite was clean and spacious, and the staff were receptive. This was an overall great value hotel.

The rooms are not soundproof from noise between rooms and outside noise from the streets.
