- Shuttle, comfortable bed, super clean
- Nice people they take care you if you need anything or missing something they help you the breakfast is excellent good Service. I never got the opportunity to stay in the hotel in Guayaquil like now and Everything is excellent I¿m so impressed thank you
- Customer Service. Cleanliness, security and quick access to everything.
Cons -
- There was a party Friday night with loud music well past 10:30 pm. Luckily I had white noise on my computer or it would have been miserable. They need to implement quiet hours.
