- En el counter les falta orientar mas a las personas que vamos de otros paises desorientados relacionado a lugares turisticos, la moneda, los horarios. Lo demas esta todo bien organizado.
- The Breakfast was Terrible.Not much to pick from.The eggs were fake which of course I did not eat.Only one meat selection.
- Refrigerator in room was warm.

Staff decent, but not stellar. Management needs to spruce things up a. It at the hotel. Sitting on a good foundation but not much investment, just keeping status quo.
The staff was extremely friendly, the room was cleaned daily and restocked, and during breakfast the staff was friendly, fast, and attentive. My overall feeling staying in this hotel was one of warmth and kindness.
