Hyatt Centric San Jose Escazu

Location

They conduct fraud. Tout a $80 special rate with Cima hospital next door for covid testing that has walk-in price of $50. Airport shuttle is supposed to be part of the deal. It's not. Typing error is what they called it.

Location.

Stayed 3 weeks earlier and breakfast was included... at the last visit it wasn¿t. Typical CRica for this to happen and highly frustrating for a traveler.

The location and the well-kept room. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our time in San Jose. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful!

This hotel is located right next door to CIMA hospital which was helpful for us as I was having surgery there. I stayed alone in the hotel and the staff was amazing. Clean, organized, friendly, helpful.

We loved everything about our stay at Holiday Inn in Escazu. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Our room was lovely, and we could see the mountains in the distance. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. Thanks so much! We will be back!

This is not the Holiday Inn that I knew growing up! The Staff and facilities were top notch and very much exceeded my expectations. My package included a free breakfast which included both American and local favorites, fresh fruit and breadsI'll be back!

Staff in restaurant and at check in desk were both excellent.

The carpet on 4th floor is dirty and old. Makes a bad impression on a great hotel.

Very nice stay. 👌 the place was renovated from A-z in the best way possible..super happy with my decision to stay here

Location!

Front desk staff not very friendly. Restaurant staff was excellent!!!

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist in anu wau.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

The hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

A little bit further from the airport than I expected. No restaurants open in the evening.

Beautiful room. Excellent food. Excellent service and amenities. Rested well in luxury after a rustic jungle adventure before flying home. It was a wonderful place to rest and recharge.

Clean excellent staff !! Bathrobes were heaven. Breakfast fantastic

Nothing !

Everything from the location to the staff especially Carlos and Javier at Cense! Loved the gym and peloton bike! The decor and art in the hotel is wonderful!

New, modern hotel. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was incredible. A buffet with fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, eggs, plantains, etc., - plus you could order an omelette, French toast, bacon…We also got a welcome drink delivered to our room.

The water pressure was not great.

Everything. Location was amazing. Good restaurants, the mall and other shopping center. Was The staff and the room was amazing.

We enjoyed the breakfast as it made it quick for us to eat and get to the airport. We liked the location due to the fact that it was surrounded by a plaza that we could walk around. We enjoyed the food options in the plaza and everyone could order where they wanted. I found the room very well decorated and everything seemed new. The staff were very nice and we enjoyed the beverage when we checked in.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

I found this gem online last minute and was so excited because I love the Hyatt so much. The facility was beautiful and had lots of plants which I love. The food and drinks were also divine and I had a lovely meal with a beer, glass of wine, and some appetizers. I slept like a rock and felt great the next morning. The staff couldn't have been kinder and they also made sure I got to the airport on time and enjoyed my stay in the local shopping district where I loved looking around and getting coffee and some exercise. I look forward to coming back here for a vacation and to see my family.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Everything from the bathrobes to the shower and coffee area. I loved the bed which was very comfortable and slept like a rock in it. I also loved the staff who were extremely kind and lovely.

Nothing. It was perfect.
