There was no cold air in the room, we called front desk multiple times . Water in shower leaked out it was dangerous.

Close to airport

Old, paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors tv better than ours. No wash cloths. Asked twice never received. Walls, doors, everything very old. AC did not keep up. Casino was an absolute joke. First staff member extremely rude; but everyone else friendly.

Modern up to date, extremely clean, quiet and accommodating to your every need. Staff are very knowledgeable, fluent in several languages, and willing to arrange sightseeing excursions, arrange transportation, prepare special meals,etc.

EVERYTHING!!!Clean modern affordable 15 moment walk to the dental clinic through a beautiful park. The service is unbelievable!! Every staff member greets you with a smile and most address me by my first name. The food in the restaurant is outstanding

I love the restaurant And the way we were treat it was very nice. I felt like we were catered to from the front office staff from every moment that we encountered them was nice the room was immaculate and very well-kept.

That was like I don¿t know a place from the wholesome bustle ofof San Jose-

The staff was friendly.

Parking. They take your keys from you when you arrive at the hotel. And they hold them while your inside. Anytime you want to leave you have to ask them for you keys. They do this because all of the parking is dedicated parking for the casino.

Staff's willingness to help. Flexibility to accommodate special requests. Service at restaurant has improved significantly.

Food at restaurant is so lousy! Prices of food and drinks are so insanely high.

The rooms feel very old and poorly maintained. Customer service was disappointing and not attentive. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited options, and the service during breakfast was poor. Overall, the quality does not match the price.

They advertise they had an air conditioner. They had an air conditioner, but it did not have cold air. We tried three rooms and they were so hot. Then when we needed a fan, they only had one fan.

Nice older property. Good location for our purposes. Good value for the area. It appears that they've been struggling to maintain the property over the last few years. Bathrooms have been partially updated. Beds are good and comfortable.

Used to love this hotel. No more. We've been staying here for 10 years. On this visit they've started charging $12/night for parking, no top sheet on the bed, the air conditioning wasn't working well even after they sent someone to check it and the TV sound quality was terrible regardless of adjustments.

Staff were nice, check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable.

Quite poor sound insulation, lots of noise in the middle of the night and early morning.

Friendly personnel, hotel has a good location in a quiet and safe area a bit away from the city center (only 10 min drive). The facilities are old and need renovation. Multiple things did not work in my room (fan, extractor, tv remote control). Not enough breakfast options. At moments the hotel gets loud as rooms are not sound proof and there are multiple groups interacting at the hallways.

Extremely unprofessional service.• We booked a room a week in advance and received a confirmation.• On the day of arrival, they confirmed our check-in time (9–10 p.m.).• When we arrived at 10 p.m., exhausted, the receptionist told us our reservation had been canceled—without any prior notice or explanation.• He was indifferent and unhelpful, simply saying, “I cannot do anything for you.”• Even after showing him our confirmed reservation and messages, he barely made an effort to assist us.• He wandered around instead of helping, showing no urgency or concern.• We had to contact Booking.com ourselves to resolve the issue.• In the end, we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation late at night.• A truly frustrating, disgusting anddisappointing experience.
