- Most of the time, staff was very helpful in giving us information about where to go, what to do and how to get to our next destination. Food was good as well and room small but still a good room for what we needed.

- The pillows were super tiny - but at least there were some. Not sure if that is the norm in Costa Rica. We returned to hotel shaken up after being scammed by a red taxi driver. I was hoping for more assistance and guidance from staff but got nothing.
- The first room I was assigned had very old furniture and in bad shape. The bathroom was old and didn't look clean. I was changed to a second room which was better but still the bed lÃÂÃÂnen was very low quality and worn out.
