- Construction work at 7AM inside the hotel. Broken equipment in room. Charging me twice for the room which was prepaid weeks in advance Receptionist in lobby was rude. Hotel located in an unsafe area. I wouldn't book here again.
- Hot tub is cold and not working, there are no English channels, all TV channels are In Spanish
- The front desk staff were hard to communicate with. They had two sites for wifi access. Parkinnradisson defaulted to a unsecure radissoninn wifi(hacking is possible). Also frontdesk provided inaccurate information on a tour after payment was made.

Yes I checked in by myself , two days later my girlfriend join me . the hotel charge me $400 extra Even that I placed the reservation to two people .

Location isn't the best
I'm very upset bease it was my birthday vacation,and the pool was under maintenance closed my whole stay .parking garage is very small.
Hotel seemed very well maintained and clean. We did not have any issues or concerns during our stay.
The prices at the restaurant were a bit high. We paid $20 for a veggie burger.

One of the members of our group was charged too much for a mixed drink..... she did not ask in advance how much it was and therefore could not argue about the excessive charge. No drink should cost $16.00 USD or 8,700 colones.
