- The Employees are so nice, very friendly and always willing to help.
- Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed the staff. The room also had a safe with self creating combination. We were pleasantly tired and slept well.
- Nice , clean hotel, friendly staffs , little away from the Airport, about 4 km away from Downtown San Jose. Overall very nice hotel .
Cons -
- Distance from the airport
- The room smells bad.It may have been empty for a long time. The room has no mini fridge and no microwave.
- This hotel is a solid taxi ride ($35 one way) from the airport.
