Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in. Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological parent - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child). If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. Dogs and cats are welcome. One per room (up to 13 kg). Pets cannot be left unattended. Select rooms only; restrictions apply.
