Quiet. Only a 3 minute easy walk to the beach. Walking distance to many places.
The location. The hotel is in the center of Grace Bay area.
It was located right in the middle of Grace Bay

Cons -

I wish there had been a plug and a wall-mounted shelf next to the bed so that we could have all had access to some sort of table.(only a table on one side of bed).
The hotel does not have enough lounge chairs on the beach. It is very annoying if you go to the beach and don't find any chairs. There were few other minor issues e.g. the shower light was not working, the bathroom door's lock was broken.
The staff was very rude from the time we checked in and checked out.

Good location. Close to beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small pool. Clean grounds. Rokm soxe was spacious and nice large balcony.
