- All staff was great. Room was clean. large balcony. The hotel offered room service in the morning as well as turn down service around 5/6 PM. Several shops/food within 10 min walk. staff can help you with a ?taxi?! free water/tea/espresso in the room!
- Beautiful view of the ocean from the room/balcony.
- nothing . It was NOTHING like the pictures, the pool was clean and renovated is the best thing I saw. My room was older, the toilet did not work, the office did not move me to another room and the it was extremely noisy. We got NO sleep. DO NOT GO.

- check in process slightly unorganized, mainly due to set up of lobby but didn?t take long. one of the days room service took our towels/washcloths but didn?t replace them. Casino was relatively small. but no major complaints besides beach food prices?

- I ask the private cabanas at the pool was told you have to pay. Which I was told everything When something is free is it complimentary and reserve on first come basics.

The room size, and bathroom. View was awesome, bedding was excellent they use ¿Frette¿ bedding , Robe, slippers. The bed sleep so good I didn¿t want to get out of the bed lol. I really enjoyed the hotel overall.
