This hotel is located next to the Simpson Bay Beach. Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach Sint Maarten offers a restaurant, infinity-edge pool and fully functional operational water sports and activity center, and three separate beaches. Free Wi-Fi is available in the business center, as well as free parking on site. Every studio at the Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach Sint Maarten offers a fully kitchen and a coffee maker. A balcony or terrace is also included in each studio. Select studios feature an ocean view. Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach Sint Maarten is home to a Beach Bar and Topper's By the Sea Restaurant. Activities such as parasailing and deep-sea fishing are available on site, while the Hollywood Casino is a short walk from the hotel.

- Room location
- Pool, large rooms, cleanliness and staff
- Very clean room. Location is great. Close to everything. Beautiful Ocean view. The price was very reasonable
Cons -
- Ants in the room. Took 7 hours for a response. 2 days later ants were back. No internet for 2 days. Again very slow to correct. NOT Hilton standards.
- We had issues with Mosquitoes in the room constantly, but that's part of island life. It's humid and Mosquitoes are gonna find a way in from somewhere.
