- View was not available from our room, and garden view was not available either as it looked out on the parking lot, otherwise it was a great room, spacious, comfortable and we slept extremely well. The restaurant was amazing and we enjoyed a fabulous dinner!!!

Cons -
- Service at the pool... the folks here need to go to resorts around the world and see what poolside service is like... you sit down, someone comes to ask you for your drink order within 5 minutes and then brings it to you in another 5 minutes. All fresh fruit ingredients, not sugary syrup and fake ingredients and color. Yuck. Everything else about our stay was perfect!
- - there was a water overflow from the shower until the room's front door: they fix it ONLY AFTER 3 DAYS we were staying there, without offering us an other room in the meantime - breakfast without tropical fruit: a morning I saw a waiter bringing watermelon and melon to an other guest, so I asked if I also could get any and the answer was "no", because THOSE fruits were only for guest who didn't eat bread products. NO SENSE
