Pros +
- Not much. Food at Umi was good. Drinks were decent.
- The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at the buffet had a lot of variety and there was plenty of lounge beach chairs for the guests.

Cons -
- Could not use the beach due to Sargasm. The smell was terrible. staff was rude and unfriendly. It was awkward and uncomfortable. garbage by pool. Dirty cups and plates left for hours. Not enough chairs at pool area. No music at pool or entertainment
- I did not like you can only dine at one of the separate restaurants once for every 3 nights of your stay.
- What I didn't like was the lack of sitting for the "special" restaurants. We were unable to get a reservation for the Japanese restaurant and had to take a earlier reservation for the Steakhouse restaurant.
