- Beautiful view and location
- Excellent location. Beautiful view. We were lucky to get a room in the main building. The other buildings at the back of the hotel must have a lovely view, however if you have mobility issues it would be hard to access as they are up a steep hill

- Air conditioner didn?t truly cool the room properly
- The room was great,bathroom could do with a bit of attention in places.Tea and coffee making facilities would be a bonus, although you can get these and water for free downstairs. Excellent views of Falmouth harbour. Excellent location,near bars.
- There is a bar/nightclub that plays loud music until 3am. This alone ruins an otherwise great hotel. Played on teh Sunday, but not teh 2 Saturdays we were there (3 nights total)
