It has such a cool vibe! We love the staff and the snorkeling right at the hotel is great as well! They also have a DJ there on Friday evenings that we enjoy. It¿s all around a great hotel!!

The property is stunning. Beautifully designed.

The food was horrible. Not even ingestable most times. They use leftover breakfast items to make lunch so I had a French toast club sandwich that they refused to remake or refund. I was also overcharged. The kitchen and bar staff need and overall. Rude.

From the room layout to the helpfulness of the staff, everything was perfect. I only stayed for two nights but enjoyed my first massage so much, I scheduled a second one for the next day. Staying oceanfront was definitely a good choice!

This hotel is great it was super clean and I loved the pools and the easy access to the ocean and I absolutely love looking over the infinity pool The view was spectacular.I love even though we were on the jungle side of the hotel the outdoor sitting area

My only complaint was Breakfast could have gone a little bit faster the food was amazing and staff was so nice ,but even with an Extra 45 minutes before an activity was not enough to get through breakfast Without feeling rushed

I had high expectations and I am glad to say that they were met. You have a great snorkel spot right in front of the hotel. I the staff is greta, always trying to make yourself welcome.

The pools are great and you can snorkel directly from the hotel. Great view from the room. Very pleasant stay

What a beautiful and luxurious hotel! The towel service is great, breakfast was really tasty and the snorkeling in front of the hotel was amazing! With no bugs you can have your doors open to ocean view as day and night if you want-it was so picturesque.

The internet was really bad to non existent. Even with wifi.

The Hotel is beautiful on the cliff.

They are looking for moneys everywhere possible. They aren’t transparent with anything.So watch out when you going to breakfast.

kids in an advertised kids free hotel. far too many dogs. no ocean platform despite the fact that it’s still advertised in the hotel’s pictures. pool needs a heater. need to have a better system for reserving poolside day beds. smart tvs that you can access your netflix account with would also be nice

Its located on the reef and the nature is amazing (although its not a hotel achievement). Everything is clean and the pool is nice. There are a couple of good individuals working in the hotel as well who I was grateful for

The hotel is overpriced and definitely far from any of the 5star hotel experiences I had in my past. Just putting a high price on everything doesn’t make a hotel good. I think the most disappointing was the attitude of personnel - I was on my birthday there but it didn’t go well and I had an accident and couldn’t walk. I know the hotel doesn’t owe me anything, but it was very noticeable that not only no one said “happy birthday” or “here’s the cake/juice/anything to cheer you up when you’re crying by the pool”. No, the only thing I got was a cold reply on the reception “you should be delighted because you’re staying in our hotel”…yeah, sure. First time I see this cold attitude. But asking for tips for the included breakfast is ok, or charging random service fees that are not explained. This is a regular hotel, there is nothing distinctive except the nature there (which is not their accomplishment). Food is bad also. Not the hotel Id ever want to go back to

the structure.

Loved the local and the infinity pool and the snorkeling and the yoga. Nice rooms, nice breakfast. Best of all was the staff- such kind and competent humans! We feel like we made real friends.

Breakfast was good, but dinner was inconsistent with food quality and service.

I love this place. I leave close to Cozumel and come regularly just to stay at Hotel B Unique. The oceanfront rooms are so nice and peaceful. The access to swimming and snorkling is great. Generally just a well maintained, and peaceful place to stay. Also, staff is exceptional.

The resturant needs some work. I have had good dinners there before, but the last time I went, it was honestly pretty bad. Not sure if the kitchen was having an off day, but we were disappointed.

We stayed in a jungle view room which was in front of the road also. It was noisy, you could hear cars and bikes passing through all night
