- The owner is very very nice! The place is quiet and cozy, very close to the center of town. Supermarket, cheap eating, fancy dining and dive shops all 3-4 blocks away. Communal refrigerator and safe drinking water available. Would absolutely stay again
- Friendly staff, very cute communal yard, great location, garage is free to use if you have a rental bike.

- Honestly no. It was very cheap and I got more than my money's worth. It's clean, safe and comfortable. Exceeded expectations.
- There are mosquitoes in the room. Bed sheets are not comfortable.
- No AC even though it was advertised. It was just a (very low) ceiling fan.
